Although the body of the pot arrived with many dents because I bought it from Amazon's warehouse sale, the Nutricook pot is fantastic and cooks very quickly. I hope it remains durable. I am happy to buy another 8-litre Nutricook from Amazon, but it's not available at the moment, to the best of my knowledge. Read more

This new multi cooker has added so much convenience to our life. While me and my husband were struggling between household work during this lockdown, cooking use to consume most of our time. There’s no option to select zero stars, but that’s what I would give if I could. I purchased this item, and it suddenly stopped working. I followed the instructions and contacted Amazon customer service to claim the two-year warranty. Unfortunately, the representative who answered was robotic, unhelpful, and quite rude. He simply told me to contact the manufacturer directly. I was confused—since I bought the item through Amazon, why isn’t Amazon taking responsibility like other retailers do? I expected them to honor the warranty and reach out to the manufacturer on my behalf. Instead, the representative repeatedly told me to call the manufacturer, in a tone that was unprofessional and unacceptable. It’s frustrating to feel like customer service is just people sitting in front of computers, saying whatever they want, with no real support offered. In the end, the customer is the one who loses.
