Love these pans! Always hate getting pans clean with the bolt/cap on the inside of the pan that holds the handle onto it. Food stuck there! This has nothing inside the pan holding the handle on and they cook very even and are perfectly non stick! Washing them is so easy, I recommend them! Read more

Constantly trying new pans to use with our induction range, and these so far have worked well and nonstick coating seems to be holding up pretty good. I use cooking spray, and have had no issues. Easy rinse and wipe clean. Have noticed the pan we use the most has discolored slightly from high heat at times, I assume, but otherwise still functioning perfectly.
