The taste and smell are awesome, as all Rule 1 products seem to be, it dissolves quickly in water, and it gives me the energy I'm looking for in a supplement before my workouts and after. I've been using Rule 1 Charged Creatine for a few weeks now, and it's been a mixed experience. On the positive side, the energy boost is noticeable.
