Reviewing after a month of use This has been my best best purchase ever. Vacuuming is done very well and comparatively mopping is ok not bad, coz the mop pad is just pulled by the robot , so one cannot expect much from it still it eases the job, u need to clean the dustbin once in 2 days if there isn't much dust and the anti tangle brush can also be clean in 2 to 3 days, but u need to wash the mop pad daily, it just takes one or 2 min. Overall this is the best. If you are still too tired to remove the dustbin and clean the mop pad u can go for self cleaning robots. The charging can be done twice a week , since my house is small I charge it twice a week but if you use strong suction mode and more water output then u will have to charge thrice a week, the quality of vacuum is very good, mapping is good everything is else is top notch, had bought it for 21.5k now the price has decreased to 17.9k Remote control works well, does as u order Suction power is good, I think strong suction cleans every single minute particle of dust Plug is normal one, so fits on every socket, the wires are also long Read more

Da quando ho ricevuto il prodotto, ho avuto modo di utilizzarlo a dovere in tutte le sue funzioni. Una volta ricevuto il pacco, montarlo è stato semplice. Viene consegnato con due tipi di modulo: uno per l'aspirazione e un modulo di aspirazione e lavaggio. Quest'ultimo si caratterizza per il fatto che ha un piccolo serbatoio dove si può inserire l'acqua. Per apprezzare appieno il robot è necessario un hotspot o rete Wi-Fi con rete 2.4 GHZ e scaricare l'app EcoVacs Home. Una volta seguito il tutorial, disponibile anche su youtube (che consiste nella configurazione dell'app e nella configurazione della rete di riferimento del robot), il robot chiede se può iniziare la mappatura della casa. Io non ho avuto alcun problema in questo. per una casa di 100m2 il processo di mappatura è durato un'ora e quaranta ed è riuscito a farlo in un unica ricarica. Importante è non spostare continuamente il robot. Se si intralcia, bisogna rimetterlo dov'era. In questo modo, a me è riuscito a mappare interamente la casa. Grazie al fatto che il robot è sempre connesso alla rete è possibile programmare le pulizie e il tipo di queste ultime e cioè quanta potenza di aspirazione, quale deve essere la portata dell'acqua (se alta, bassa o media) e così via. La pulizia può essere impostata a stanze o "zone". Queste ultime sono quelle che si selezionano dall'app. Per quanto riguarda la qualità del lavaggio, non posso che dire che è eccezionale. Anche in ambienti stressanti quale una cucina con uno sporco severo-moderato, riesce a pulire e a raccogliere molliche o piccoli residui di cibo. Probabilmente non riesce a rimuovere macchie incrostate od ostinate. Ma si percepisce un benessere palpabile grazie al robot, perché esonera da quelle pulizie quotidiane. E grazie alla modalità di pulizia intelligente, se non riesce a terminare la pulizia, si reca da solo alla stazione di ricarica e poi riprende per terminare il lavoro. Se dovessi sforzarmi di evidenziare piccoli difetti: 1) Il manuale di istruzioni necessità di essere integrato anche da video disponibili su youtube della casa produttrice perché non è del tutto esaustivo di per sé; 2) se dovete cambiare network, non è specificato come fare. Ma ho capito come si fa: bisogna rimuovere il robot e aggiungerlo nuovamente. In questo modo non si perde la mappatura preziosa della casa. Consiglio: per ora sto utilizzando detersivo non schiumoso generico per robot lavapavimenti. Basta diluire tre cucchiaini e dà una buona sensazione di pulito e di odore. Però bisogna sapere che loro ti consigliano di utilizzare solo il loro detersivo. Der Ecovacs Deebot N20 Pro Plus ist mittlerweile mein treuer Haushaltshelfer und hat mich wirklich positiv überrascht. Ich hatte vorher schon einen anderen Saugroboter, aber der war mehr Deko als nützlich, ständig hängen geblieben, unzuverlässig und mit schwacher Saugleistung. Ganz anders hier. Die Einrichtung war ein Kinderspiel, und die Ecovacs Home App macht es super einfach, den Roboter genau nach den eigenen Bedürfnissen anzupassen. Die Kartierung der Wohnung ging wahnsinnig schnell, und die Navigation ist top, keine unkoordinierten Bewegungen, sondern ein systematisches, intelligentes Reinigungsmuster. Ein echter Hingucker ist die Saugleistung. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass ein Roboter mit 8000 Pa so kraftvoll Schmutz und Staub aufsaugt, selbst auf Teppichen. Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass er sich nicht in Haaren verfängt. Normalerweise ein großes Problem mit langen Haaren im Haushalt, aber hier. Kein einziges Haar wickelt sich um die Bürste, ein Traum. Beeindruckend ist auch die Akkulaufzeit. Unsere 110qm Wohnung schafft er locker zweimal auf hoher Saugstufe, bevor er wieder an die Ladestation fährt. Wenn ich ihn auf normaler Stufe laufen lasse, hält er gefühlt ewig. Die Wischfunktion liefert tolle Ergebnisse. Durch die vibrierende Wischplatte werden selbst festgetrocknete Flecken zuverlässig entfernt, sodass die Böden jederzeit frisch und gepflegt aussehen. Ein absolutes herausragendes Merkmal für mich, er überwindet hohe Hindernisse. Selbst unsere Türschwellen mit 2 cm sind kein Problem, und auf Teppiche fährt er hoch, ohne zu stocken oder festzuhängen. Das hatte ich so noch nie bei einem Saugroboter. Fazit, ich bin absolut begeistert. Leise, kraftvoll, ausdauernd und zuverlässig, genau so muss ein moderner Saug Wischroboter sein. Die Selbstentleerung macht das Ganze noch entspannter. I own a Deebot Omni for over a year now. After a while, the washing pads became a colony of bacteria (because of hot water clean function which is a perfect environment for bacteria). The whole house now stinks terribly whenever Deebot starts cleaning and drying the pads. There is nothing you can do unless you change the pads. Cleaning solution does not help. I heard adding a bit of bleach may help but Deebot must find a better way to fix this. Read more
