Ok, è trascorsa solo una settimana da quando ho cominciato ad utilizzarlo, ma già mi azzardo a scrivere una recensione. Il tappeto è molto silenzioso, anche quando lanciato a 5km/h (il massimo è 6km/h). il display sul tappeto è bello grande e facilmente leggibile, alterna la velocità, con le calorie stimate, e con il tempo di esercizio. Il telecomandino è molto comodo ed ergonomico, si fissa al polso con il laccetto e si comanda con un dito. Ottimo il fatto che alla partenza ci sia un breve conto alla rovescia, e anche lo spegnimento è delicato e permette di rallentare il passo con il giusto tempo. C'è anche la modalità standby, utile se non si vuole ripiegare il tappeto e staccare il cavo di alimentazione, così da averlo già pronto all'uso. Il fatto che sia pieghevole è un plus non indifferente. Inizialmente contavo di tenerlo sotto il letto, ma quello è il rifugio del nostro bassotto, per cui, per non sfrattarlo, lo tengo in piedi in sala, vicino a una parete, nascosto da una tenda. Mancano delle maniglie per muoverlo comodamente, visto che comunque ha il suo peso, e al posto delle ruote, avrei messo delle sfere, così da permettere una mobilità più articolata quando è chiuso. L'app è minimale, funge da display tipico da tappeto. Fornisce tutti i dati che scorrono anche sul display del tappeto, più i tasti per avviare e interrompere l'esercizio. La cosa bella è che l'app può essere collegata con Apple Salute, così tutte le informazioni finiscono concentrate in un unico contenitore facile da consultare. C'è anche la possibilità di creare degli esercizi più complessi, come avviene in palestra, frazionando così l'esercizio in momenti cardio con momenti di riposo. Ce ne sono alcuni già preconfezionati, ma è possibile anche crearne di propri. L'unico peccato è che questi esercizi durano al massimo 10 minuti. Per sessioni più lunghe è necessario fermarsi e scegliere un nuovo esercizio. Un altro piccolo difetto è la larghezza del tappeto. Già lo sapevo prima di acquistarlo, ero abituato a un trademill più largo (è vero che si trattava di un tappeto per correre, e non per camminare), dove il nastro era bello grande, e anche le due isole laterali permettevano di appoggiare i piedi interamente. Ovviamente manca anche un sostegno per le braccia. Capisco la necessità di essere compatto, ma gli appoggiapiedi laterali e il sostegno erano una sicurezza in più in caso di emergenza... A ogni modo sono tutte cose che si sanno sin dall'acquisto, per cui non ci si può lamentare, e per di più, bisogna ricordare che non è nato per correre, ma per camminare, di conseguenza i rischi sono molto limitati. Sono soddisfatto. Metto quattro stelle per i "difetti" che ho indicato (gli esercizi personalizzati non più lunghi di 10 minuti, due maniglie utili al trasporto, delle sfere al posto delle ruotine). I had an old Roger Black treadmill in my garage which we sold. It was noisy and very bulky so couldn't transport it indoors. Eventually the belt wore out so I needed a replacement. After doing some research I found this Z1 walking pad and it's been a godsend ! The brushless motor means it's fairly quiet even at higher speeds (I have tinnitus so try to minimise loud noise exposure). No amateur DIY skills needed. You literally unfold, plug in and switch on. Its compactness means it perfectly tucks into the corner of the room so ideal for those with limited indoor space. It's fairly heavy though so a 2 person job if transporting upstairs. The remote control is easy to operate, just wear the strap on your wrist while exercising and off you go ! Still early days but hopefully will prove to be durable. Happy with the price I got it for. Perfekt, endlich komme ich auch an Homeoffice-Tagen auf ordentliche Schrittzahlen. Natürlich ist das kein "LAUFband" wie im Fitness-Studio. Walking heißt nun mal "Gehen" und das ist es auch. Um die 4km/h ist es problemlos möglich am Arbeitstisch in Stehhöhe noch an der Tastatur zu tippen oder Gespräche zu führen. Die App zum Verbinden und Zählen funktioniert ganz okay und zuverlässig, allerdings muss man als Apple-Nutzer beachten: Wenn man die Schritte auch in der Health-App haben möchte, muss man die Datenquelle (nämlich diese King-App) nach GANZ OBEN stellen. Auf der Applewatch erscheinen dadurch die Schritte nicht, aber z.B. die Ringe für Zielerreichung in der Health-App bekommen ihren Fortschritt. Somit topp, alles was ich wollte :) Das Band an sich ist recht leicht und kompakt (Laufbreite 40cm)... man sollte also nicht zu sehr rumschwanken beim Gehen, gewöhnt man sich aber schnell dran. Es wirkt auch recht robust und dadurch dass man es zusammenklappen kann verschwindet es auch unterm Tisch wenn im Weg! Das rotierende Band ist recht rauh, also empfiehlt es sich da nicht mit Socken drauf zu laufen, da man diese erstens wirklich durchscheuert und zweitens auch extrem viel Textilfusseln im und unter dem Gerät gesammelt werden. Mit gummierten Hausschlappen geht es dagegen einwandfrei und auch recht leise. Klar überträgt sich auch der Schall ins Haus (etwa wie eine Waschmaschine), wenn man aber nicht so ein "Fersengänger" ist, hält sich das in Grenzen. Saubermachen sollte man das Gerät und die Mechanik nach ein paar Nutzungstagen auf jeden Fall, damit sich nicht so viel Staub und Gefussel in das Gehäuse zieht. Außerdem sollte man der Laufbandfläche ab und zu mal etwas Silikonöl verpassen. Dazu klappe ich den hinteren Teil senkrecht nach oben, so dass das Band Raum gibt und verreibe darunter auf der Rutschfläche das Silikonöl. Man merkt es immer sofort dass es dann leichter rutscht/läuft, das sollte den Motor schonen (der braucht ja schon bissl Kraft um einen Menschen zu bewegen!).
