I have several friends that have something similar to this pair. I was shocked at what they paid. I received this pair for a very reasonable price. The sound quality is just about the same as the expensive ones. It takes getting use to since they vibrant with low tones and it's the nature of the beast. They are very light weight and are comfortable. There is some flex to make them tighter against your head thus improving sound quality. I use my pair for pod casts while walking around the house our shopping. Easy controls and very easy to pair with just about any device you might have that had Bluetooth. I forgot to turn them off overnight and found the battery life still good for a few more hours of play. They came with two charging cables and a simulated leather bag. I haven't tried them in water but it's said they work well. Takes a few hours to charge when totally used up. I like the fact I am not sticking something in my ears. Easy to clean as well. This was my first go with a set of bone conduction headphones. I got them because of their open-ear feature and over the ear hook, both important to me because in-ear headphones just don't work for me and I want to hear environmental sounds while listening to books or music. Both features work well for me. The ear hook is comfortable and I can see myself wearing these easily for a few hours as I walk around or do chores around the house. The headphones come with two charging cords, a nice feature if you want to keep one by your desk and another in your bag. Also nice because the charging cable design seems to be proprietary and won't be easy to replace, should you need. There are other accessories, including ear plugs in case you want to minimize environmental noise altogether which, it seems to me, would defeat the purpose of these open ear headphones but you do you. What might be an issue for some, especially those who are audiophiles, is sound quality. These are designed to transmit sound, not provide true audio fidelity. Keep that in mind because the sound is good enough for books and phone calls, but you won't curl your toes because your favorite song sounds amazing. Keep that in mind and give these a try if you are in the market for bone conducting headphones (note the blue ones are cheaper than black, though both have identical features). Read more
