Very handy and easy to use as it is all wireless apart from charging. You do get a charger with 3 points but it has 4 digital attachments, so could do to be able to charge all 4 at once but it's not really a biggy. I've been suffering with arthritis in most of my joints and therefore can't do very much. As a result I've had a lot of muscle wastage and can't exercise to regain it. The solution - this item. Things have changed since the first models came out and having used one back in the day this doesn't feel like electric shock treatment. I'm using it for fat burning on the belly (mode 2) and muscle building (mode 3) the other functions I don't think are necessary/appropriate to my situation. Having read other reviews I started at a low level but knew straight away that I could go higher level 8 for mode 2 and level 6 for mode 3. You get a very clear sensation of the muscles twitching which is not unpleasant but takes getting used to. How they think someone could sleep while using is beyond me! I did check on Google to make sure where exactly muscle groups are to get maximum benefit as I do want this for full body improvement. That leads to the only drawback - you get one pad for the bum and one for the abs but there are only two for arms/ legs. So if like me you want to do calves, thighs, lower and upper arms and pecs then you have to do each set individually. As they recommend two uses per day each use being 15 minutes that means you need to allow 2 1/2 per day to do all the above. I checked with other products and it's the same story no one does more of the small pads and some say not to use on the chest. You can with some ingenuity and the use of Google place the larger ab and bum pads on the bigger muscles to cut down total time, that is up to you how much you want to improve. The price is very good though and even after just a few uses my muscle memory is working and there is that firmness similar to when you would do some press ups before going out - just to look a bit better. I wasn’t sure what to expect with this product being the reason why I decided to try them out. They have numerous settings and are very strong and powerful for their size and weight. I’ve definitely seen my thighs tone up using them as I work out. You can wear them around the house, or out walking or at the gym. I am glad I purchased these as they are worth the money and do work, they also give you a good pulse that wakes you up in the morning. I’d absolutely recommend. I received this next day delivery and item was nicely boxed and exactly as described. Having used similar products previously I didn't look at instructions as very easy to use, so maybe it was my own fault i didn't realise that there were gel pads already attached. New users may find it takes time getting used to the feel of the impulses and may have to gradually increase the intensity, find what level feels comfortable to use. I use whilst working at a desk, however they seem to be attached firmly enough whilst I move around. The devices are very strong and powerful for their size and weight. I was Impressed with how long the battery lasted as only expected a few sessions per charge given how lightweight the device is. There maybe better products available however they would not be in the same price bracket as these. Very good value for the price. Noticing a difference within a few weeks of use & am looking forward to seeing further improvements over the coming months. Read more
