This travel make-up case with light works fairly well for traveling. It's a little flimsy and awkward, precluding it from everyday use. It fits nicely in my weekend bag and it does the job. It's best value is that it provides a lighted mirror for those times you're not at home. As another reviewer mentioned, this does contain a lithium ion battery which should not be in a checked bag. This product is heavy and the compartments are not adjustable to your needs. It’s deep, but not big enough to carry even a small tube of foundation. I thought I would use the mirror but I really don’t need it. I’m going back to a cosmetic bag that is light weight, easily packable, and big enough for a variety of things. I like this little travel bag with mirror... especially the mirror is very handy. It doesn't fit anything on a bit of a larger size. Must be really small travel pieces. It's good for road trips though where you would put touchup makeup pieces to carry along with you. Can't be put in a carry on because of the battery, but if you're driving you could use it that way for travel. Overnight stay somewhere works, but I still have to bring my other bag to fit my other essentials. Read more
