I love using bag inserts like these for keeping myself and my handbags organized and "ready to go". This particular brand and insert is a really nice one - made out of a premium felt material with high quality stitching. It has seven (7) compartments/pockets for storing things in varying sizes so that you have lots of options for where to keep things in your bag and most importantly, will fit many of the typical things kept in handbags. It also has a very generously sized zippered compartment that is great for keeping papers and other things secure and organized. I love the key leash for attaching keys so that you don't have to go digging in the bottom of your purse for your keys. Its a great form for keeping in your bag to make sure that it doesn't sag and slouch over when not in use. IMO, this is a super nice bag insert and I am really impressed that it is only $27.00. I regret to say that I have purchased bag inserts for three times the price that were not as nice as this one. I've used my old diaper bag to carry airplane necessities for my kids for years. Old diaper bags are big enough to hold activities for a day of airplanes and airports, but small enough to squeeze under the seat, allowing for an actual carry-on bag in the above cabinet. The organization this insert provides is so important in a cramped spaces like an airplane seat. I can get to everything I need easily. Large activity books fit between the insert and the side of the bag. One pocket holds a bag of disinfecting wipes, another holds tissues, and yet another can hold any number of pens, pencils and/or markers. There's a tether for keys and a strap that perfectly holds a Yeti rambler upright. The middle section is large enough for a wet bag with cloths for those inevitable spills (I can't count how many times my kids have accidentally knocked their tray tables up with a fresh, unlidded drink on it), as well as a wallet. Ideally, the wallet would fit in the zippered area of the insert, but I feel that was a missed opportunity because while a wallet will fit, it isn't easy to remove. With as often and quickly as you need your ID when traveling, it's just not feasible. The insert arrived flat and I was worried it wouldn't hold its shape, but I filled it backwards for a few minutes and it stood sturdy on its own. It's lightweight and collapsible enough to conform to the bag it is in, but rigid enough to hold the contents inside. I highly recommend this insert to convert a baby bag into a travel bag. I needed an organizer for a relatively large briefcase so that I could keep items separated and have a secure place for my water bottle while traveling. After searching for a while I found this organizer, that although it was made for a large Dior tote bag, fit the inner dimensions of my briefcase with about 0.5" to spare. Great fit on the first try and also at a good value. Fits the bill, although the long felt keychain strap with a plastic buckle seems totally useless. Will be removing that ASAP.
