The title and photos boast that the fan has 8000mah while on the device the label says its 5200mah and so does the manual ! Seems to be the only neck A/C that also blows downwards to the back of the shirt but the force of the air at the back seems quite low. Neck plate does get quite cool. Totally must have if you're outside in the heat especially if live where it's hot. It definitely helps keeping you cool so you don't get overheated. It has three different speeds for cooling and warm air. It's rechargeable and stays charged for hours for continuous use. You can also use it in the gym, it's doesn't have that much sound that comes from it. One more thing if you have long hair you definitely will need to pick it up or it will get caught up in the fans and pull you hair and stop working. Read more

This neck cooler has great features: it blows up on the sides AND back (be careful, some do not blow UP on the back), it blows down the back of your shirt (again, not a common feature) it has 3 levels of active cooling using a small semiconductor device (not a new technology, similar devices have been used in food/drink coolers (think picnics, "camping"), it has three fan speeds, it does not feel heavy on my neck. BUT: For my purpose the noise level is too high. If you are in a stadium attending an event with a raucous crowd this would be great, if you are working outdoors--again great. Harvesting wheat--great. If you are in a small group gathering--a bit too loud for my taste. I highly recommend this cooling device, or not.
