Easy set up straight out of the box. I charged it, and off I went. Suspension is a bit hard, but it is a good ride. The turning circle is big. I enjoy the speed control and get up to 36 km per hour with my bag on my bag. Cruizing along at 35 km per hour is great. IzmyHiBoy is die for a good clean and service. The only problem, but also a pro, is the long, heavy body! The little east clocks in on the heavy side—38 kg.It has an app, so I park it and lock it with the app and walk away. Visibility is great at night. If people do not see you, then they should not be on the road. You will struggle to ride over sand because the Hiboy is heavy, so you quickly break speed when you hit sand, and in Saudi Arabia, there is sand everywhere. Other than that, no complaints!
