I bought this expecting performance similar to my home vacuum, the Xiaomi S20+, but it doesn't even deliver 50% of what the S20+ offers. I purchased it after returning my Lefant M210 Pro, but compared to the M210 Pro, this model is very noisy, gets stuck on obstacles frequently, and often displays errors such as bumper error, obstacle sensor error, and vacuum error. It also hits objects quite often, and the E5 makes noticeable sounds when it hits something due to its spring-action bumper. I'm now considering going back to the Lefant M210 Pro. While the E5 does have a mopping option, it's just an additional attachment that lightly swipes the floor—it's not effective for real mopping. Read more

For less than $100, it's been the best cleaner we've had. It cleans dust really well, has a pad for washing and wiping, and works with Siri! (You need the Xiaomi app, which has an "Add to Siri" function inside). It's been a breeze! That said, compared to Samsung or Sencor, this product knows no map or smart solution. It cleans and moves forward. It does make noise, by the way, and it's not the most quiet product; mostly noticeable when you watch TV! It'll also hit a couple of tables and walls on its way. It won't get damaged, but it's not smart enough to find an obstacle and avoid it. But for a quick and reliable solution, this is a good product. Read more
