The flavor isn't exactly the best but it's definitely tolerable plus it's to be expected for a multivitamin. The benefits are better than I expected. My hair shed has significantly decreased. I went from losing a full handful of hair everyday for close to a year, to losing 10 hairs max, and within 10 days of starting this product. I was extremely skeptical because nothing has worked me for EVER so I only bought a small bottle. After writing this review, I'll be purchasing at least a 6 month supply of the big bottles. Also to add, people have mentioned their bright colored urine, for what it's worth, mine hasn't changed all that much. My three star rating is based on the timing of the delivery as well as the taste of this supplement. My first bottle arrived in three days, my second should be arriving today for same day delivery. I received my first bottle on January 2 and took my first dose that day. I took my last 30 ML on January 18. I followed the directions and took 30 mL every day. The taste isn’t bad at all, it is thick and taste like vitamins. However, this is not a 30 day supply. You will run out before the month is out. My hair became really thin and started balding after using Mielle products. I’m 16 days in and I haven’t noticed any changes in my hair or skin. I purchased because my hair is drastically thinning but growing. I have low ferritin iron so my hair has been suffering. I started losing my hair really bad when I was going through a very stressful time in my life. I was balding in some areas and most days my hair was falling out in chunks. I have using this product for a little a month now. I can definitely see a difference in shedding/loss. It's down to a minimal. My hair is slowly starting to fill in around my edges as well. I’ve tested this starting 10/13/2024 while also getting a filtered shower head. I had the liquid vitamin first and was taking it and then stopped to see which worked better the vitamin or the filtered shower head. I stopped for a brief bit of taking this and realized I must be lacking something that these vitamins helped with. My hair was falling out in clumps. Started taking this and my hair stopped falling out. I stopped taking it (again to test if it was the filtered shower head or the vitamins) and turned out it’s the vitamins. Also it being in liquid form helps me so much. I have tried pills in the past and a lot of different pills to take and I had a feeling of them being stuck in my throat constantly even if there was nothing there but it felt like it. Also I do not get sick after taking this, whereas as with pills even if I ate before taking them and digesting some I would still get a sick feeling. I also feel better taking this and have energy when lately I have felt exhausted before I found this. Honestly for what it does is worth the money and they make it easier for me avoiding taking pills/gummies. Honest opinion on the smell it wasn’t the best smell but it wasn’t bad either. Taste, is good I cannot complain about the taste. I prefer just peach over mango but the blend is nice. I have looked at other items from Mary Ruth’s as well as I just bought this one as a tester to see how it worked and I will be buying others since this one really works! My hair has grown but also without it falling out in clumps helps me keep more of my hair and give it a chance to grow instead of losing more.
