I tested this on an iPhone 16, an old android device and computer. This does not work on an Iphone. The app connects intermittently and crashes during processing. On an old android it works but takes forever to process. Its possible this would work on newer android devices. This works best on a computer but i feel the big selling point of this products is that its portable. Any successful scans required a lot of clean up. I have had better luck getting a cleaner scan with phone scanning apps. Read more

I wouldn’t recommend this scanner to my worst enemy! The set up is impossible and the instructions lack enough details to set the scanner up. Plus it says that my iPhone is compatible with the scanner and I have the correct iOS and plenty of storage but it won’t connect. Plus the manufacturer’s website and forums are useless. I don’t know if it is a language issue, but going to their site offers no help whatsoever. I know the reviews are bad on Amazon, but I found several sites and You Tube channels that praised the scanner for easy set up and good scanning for the price. I am giving it one more chance with a new iPhone that I am getting tomorrow, if it doesn’t work I am returning it. Even if it does work with a newer iPhone (or maybe I will get an Android, pretty tired if Apple right now) I would stand by my rating of 1 star just because of the difficulty in setting up the scanner and it not working with a iPhone that it says it works with. I will save up a little more and buy a better brand that has better reviews and can be trusted. Read more
