I am unable to write a fare review about this item. After purchasing this from Amazon Dubai, I shipped it to my home country. I installed the unit in my bedroom and enjoyed the full-body message for about two weeks. I don't know what happened but it stopped working completely. At first I thought the electric outlet was not providing electric power to the unit. I removed the cable and tested the outlet with other gadgets and they all worked fine. It appears something inside the chair is defective or stopped working. Since there was no user manual or repair manual that came with the unit, It is lying dead in my bedroom. I am planning to approach someone with knowledge to help find out what went wrong and why it stopped working.
