Update to my review: I contacted the seller about my concerns and they were very responsive. I can appreciate a company that is willing to correct issues that arise with customers. They assured me they are creating a new version that will accommodate my many high heels. And although this product doesn’t work for my needs if you have shorter heels or are a sneaker head I highly recommend. Nothing beats a quick installation product with minimal pieces. And it will hold up it’s very sturdy. Now only if it came in a black version hmm. Just throwing out suggestions. This company stands behind its product and has excellent customer service. That in itself is worth the purchase. They get 5 stars on customer service alone. I was so excited to have a shoe rack that was easy to assemble. But after assembly I quickly realized even though the measurements online say my heels should fit they do not! I’m so disappointed. This shoe rack container is amazing. There is no assembly required, it's almost like an accordion that you just stretch out. I love the covers to the cubbies, it's solid and i'm going to order another one! If you have a shoe storage problem, I highly recommend this! I really love this item. I bought on a whim to try to solve an issue with too many shoes and not enough closet space. I picked this one because of the doors, as I wanted to keep my cats out of it. It’s extremely easy and quick to put together. I appreciate the wheeled base as well. Comfortably fit 30 pairs of shoes(including 4 pairs of boots) with no issues. Each of the doors have individual magnetic closures, so they stay snuggly closed, yet are easy to open. I’m highly pleased with this purchase and plan on ordering a second unit. Read more

I am not happy. There are no instructions as to assemble this thing. I got it unfolded however the doors will not snap on. I am fairly adept at putting together furniture but this thing just won't square up. Once I get one side the other falls out. Hoping this wasn't a giant waste of money!
