I have only had the mask about a week. So far, I am ok with it. I decided to purchase one over buying the disposable ones. I also wanted a cordless one for use while sleeping. I wish it would stay warm longer than it does. It turns off anywhere from 7-9 minutes and I'm hitting the button to turn it back on. After a few times of doing this, the battery is dead, but I leave the mask on anyway. This product helps me sleep, and helps my wife sleep. The warming of the mask helps keep my sinus clear and reduces / eliminates snoring on dry weather nights. It needs charged before its first use and then will last several nights before needing a recharge. It only heats for about 20 minute, but it doesn't need a plug to stay in all night like some other brands. That is a plus side on safety for me. This seems to be helping my eyes but unexpected it is helping me start a long anticipated meditation practice. You leave it on for 15 minutes during which you can not read, stream or do anything that requires eyesight. So I put on a Calm daily meditation & drift away.
