I discovered that my previous docking station had a grounding issue so I replaced it with this one. I like the number and types of ports. I needed a dual HDMI docking station with 3 USB A and USB C ports. This one checked all of the boxes. The HDMI ports are great. The USB A ports are great. The USB C ports are great. As opposed to my last docking station, the headphone jack is great. Everything works great except for one thing...the Ethernet port. For whatever reason, the ethernet port does not function correctly. When I plug my cat 5 into it, it will connect for a few minutes and then drop. I even changed it to a USB A ethernet adapter, which has worked flawlessly for me in the past, and it had the same results. I works for a few minutes and then it stops working. I thought it might be drivers. I downloaded all new drivers and installed them. Nope. I will say that when the ethernet port was in use, the docking station got hot. I can't tell for sure, but it feel like a quality issue. The end result is I have to use the ethernet adapter to plug it directly into my laptop, which is just an inconvenience. But it works. It works great. It works the way the docking station should have. For that reason, I'm giving it two stars. It gets two stars because the rest of the ports do work. HDMI monitor connections do not work. None of the monitor connections work. It's not the laptop, as I have a smaller port connector plugged into the USB port of THIS device (while this device is connected to the laptop) and the monitors work. However, if I unplug from the smaller port and connect to this device's HDMI port, nothing. The monitor recognizes the connection, but says there's no signal. This defeats the entire purpose of the device. Of course, I waited until the return period had expired before I was able to set it up and test it, so no luck there. UPDATE: I have upgraded my rating because of Selore's customer service. They contacted me and issued a full refund, even though they didn't have to do so. it works well and is a good value. The only issue is that my laptop won't let me restart using the port because it doesn't have 60 watts. So when restarting I have to make sure it's unplugged then I can plug it back in after the restart. Not a big issue but worth mentioning. Read more

I've been using this docking station for a couple of days. Overall, it met my expectations - it's compact, well-built, and all ports (except one) are working as expected. Unfortunately, the network port is a deal breaker for me. I connected a known-good Ethernet cable that works perfectly when plugged directly into my laptop. However, when connected through the docking station, the network connection doesn't work at all - no LEDs turn on, and the system doesn't detect the connection. This issue makes the product unusable for my setup, so I’ll have to return it. If you don’t rely on the Ethernet port, it might still be a good choice. Otherwise, consider a different model. I am so proud of myself for finding this very affordable docking station! Just a few years ago, I couldn’t find one cheaper than $250. Other reviewers reported issues with the hdmi not working, but mine is working great with my 2 monitor set up running through hdmi. Only thing I wasn’t expecting is that it doesn’t come with a power cord. However, it does have one usb-c port that accepts a charger, so I was able to make that work. It’s a bit dinkier than classic docking stations, but it gets the job done. Read more
