It worked OK for 3 months, after which the battery no longer holds a charge. While it looks good and seems to be a good concept, as many other reviewers mentioned, this is not a good quality product. I have Sonicare brushes that have no issues even after 2 or more years of use. I have submitted a warranty request and will update this review when/if I hear back. Update October 24 ,2024 - After some back and forth with customer support, Laifen sent a new toothbrush. This is even worse than the original, as it doesn't turn on at all. Charged it over 24 hours, however, upon disconnecting the charging cable it is completely dead and the button does nothing when pressed. When reconnecting to the charging cable, the light flashes purple continuously. Update November 4, 2024 - I was sent a new toothbrush to replace the previous defective one. This one appears to work fine. I have to say that customer service was great and I am updating my rating based on the high level of customer service. Read more

As soon as I saw that Laifen had a toothbrush, I was all in. I LOVE their hair dryer so so much and was hoping this product would be great as well. They didn't disappoint. The best thing about the toothbrush is that it is shorter than (all??) most others so it fits in your hand and doesn't feel so heavy. It's very comfortable to hold and use. It doesn't just vibrate like other toothbrushes, but oscillates and rotates. It feels good to brush instead of just having my teeth vibrate! It comes with three different brush heads and they all do something special: Sensitive, tartar, and whitening, and the app allows complete customization of exactly how the brush will move in your mouth. It's awesome. My two suggestions: I'd like to have a cover for the brush head to keep dust etc off what I put in my mouth. I got one but it doesn't fit as well as one made for this product. Second, an included charging base would be awesome so the toothbrush could stand up instead of laying on the counter. The charger that's included plugs into the bottom of the unit so you have to lay it down. Overall, this is an awesome toothbrush and worth the price. Read more

This toothbrush is absolutely the best I've used. The other ultra sonic toothbrushes I've owned from other brands have either been average at best or another Phillips one I had broke after 8 months. This Laifen toothbrush, whilst still only a week old, is absolutely better than anything I've tried, the app makes it very adjustable to your preferences. Teeth feel clean like you've just had a professional clean at the dentist. I'm so glad I got this toothbrush. It's very high quality too, well put together and has a little bit of weight to it which makes me think it's built to last and not a flimsy thing. You won't regret buying this. Read more

I have always been big into having good oral health. This toothbrush at the beginning was a little to strong for vibration, once I was able to set myself up on the app, it was easy to put my preferred settings in for vibration strength. I want to start this review by saying I am a registered dental assistant and have been a diehard fan of Sonicare toothbrush products for 20 years. I had no hopes that this toothbrush would stand up to my trusty Sonicare, however, I was proven very wrong! I feel as if I’ve just had a dental cleaning every time I use it. Although Sonicare does an excellent job for keeping your teeth, clean and gums healthy. I genuinely feel that I have seen an improvement in my gum health since using the Laifen toothbrush. I appreciate that the app allows for you to make adjustments in speed which allows you to hone in what is good for your teeth and gums. It’s very compact, which is great for traveling as I travel quite frequently, I took a picture of it next to my Sonicare for reference in size. My only minor complaint is that the toothbrush head itself does not come with a cover and as it is a small head, a standard toothbrush cover does not fit it. I do wish they came with a toothbrush head cover. I will be recommending this toothbrush to everyone I know! What a great toothbrush at an excellent price! Read more
