This is a great mouse in terms of build quality, smoothness, and normal use, but it is missing some of its promised features as I couldn't install the drivers. The drivers for this mouse were nearly impossible to find as most of the sites and support pages are no longer active. I did find drivers posted by others but they did not work for me as they failed to detect that the mouse was connected. This was a shame, as there was no way for me to toggle the other polling rates or set a specific DPI from what is built in to the mouse itself. Regardless of that, the mouse performed exceptionally during most of my games. I couldn't get the DPI exactly to my preferred amount, but my aim was still on par with most games, and the responsiveness of the mouse was still smooth and quick. The feet on the mouse make it easy to slide around with no friction, and the mouse inputs are instantaneous with no delay. The mouse also has incredible battery life as I can get about a week's worth of use before a recharge is necessary. The mouse can also be used wired, but it has to be in the off position to use it this way. The mouse also came with anti-slip pads for the top and sides of the mouse, which helped improve the grip I had. The mouse is also very light weight and does not strain my hand when using it. Overall, the mouse is very well made, but the cost is too high for the drivers to not work and for it to still function nearly identical to a much more cost effective option. If the drivers are fixed in the future, then that may improve my experience and make it more worth it. Read more

So, something worth mentioning- this mouse is supposed to retail for 20% less than the current price, but it also appears to be sold out on other sites at the moment, at least ones that ship to the US in a timely manner. I am new to gaming on PC with a mouse and keyboard, I have preferred controllers instead over my many years of gaming. But as I have mostly switched to PC as my platform of choice, I figured I needed to give MKB a try since it's the most precise way to play. My other gaming mouse is another similarly priced wireless model from a premium brand (although limited to a 1k Hz polling rate). The MCHOSE AX5 also feels very premium with its aluminum outer shell and unique exoskeleton design. It feels cool to the touch, since the outside is all-metal. I actually really like this, and it feels pleasant when using the mouse. The mouse is very lightweight, it almost feels like it's floating when you use it. Since the wireless receiver is 4,000 Hz, it is larger than a normal nano-style wireless adapter, you need to use a USB cable to plug it into your PC's USB port, since it only has a female USB C port. You can use the included cable or you can use another cable that you own, in order to save the included cable strictly for charging the mouse (without needing to unplug the adapter to do so). The mouse and the wireless adapter both have LEDs that light up to show that both are awake and functioning correctly. The light on the mouse goes off shortly after but the adapter remains lit up. The software is relatively easy to find on their official website, just search "MCHOSE AX5 Software" and you shouldn't have a problem finding it. The application is simple, but it does everything that I need it to. I was able to quickly adjust the DPI presets, all of the default ones were too low for me, except for one. I tend to use between 3000DPI to a maximum of 7500, I don't really know who uses the maximum 26k option. I find that to be way too sensitive and actually makes it harder to aim. I don't know a ton about mouse sensors and chipsets, but this mouse uses a PAW 3395 sensor and a Broadcom "4k" chipset. The built in battery is 300mAh capacity and is rated for 45 hours when using the wireless 2.4GHz adapter (and 75 hours with Bluetooth). You should definitely use the adapter when gaming, Bluetooth is not ideal for gaming. All I can tell you is that using this mouse is smooth, it feels extremely responsive and good to use with no latency or lag at all. My monitor is a 144Hz GSync Ultrawide display, and in the past, I have experienced latency while aiming using cheaper gaming mouse (with lower DPI) that used a 1kHz polling rate. I am glad that I ordered this mouse, the quality seems to be equal to premium brands and this has a better build quality, it's lightweight, and it has excellent performance for the price. Only had it a couple days so can't say how it'll hold up, but so far it's the best mouse I've ever felt, very light but doesn't feel cheap (imo many expensive gaming mice feel light AND cheap), clicks are nice and smooth and quiet, though left click is the quietest, scroll wheel feels very nice too. Well to answer the question if this is a good mouse or not it’s very interesting. I just bought the structure of the mouse feels amazing and it is very responsive but the downside to getting this mouse is the drivers are very hard to find. They have specific drivers for each model. Another thing to note yes it has 8000hz pulling rate but whenever you use either 4k or 8k your game will lag!!!
