As a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 30 years self care is paramount. I get my own deep tissue massages weekly and see my chiropractor every 3 weeks and he also does the deep tissue work I need to put me back together. I love it ps rechargeable so no worry of wires getting tagged. The massage gives great relief from pain, headaches and shoulder stress from working long days sedantry. I recommend the product. I will say I have only had it for about a month but use it every day and it's holding strong! I use to get a different kind but would burn out after 6 months. We will see, but so far so good.
