An amazing product with awesome design this particular chair I received is missing it’s metal bracket on the left side. However, it’s not really affecting any stabilization or cosmetics (there’s a plastic piece to cover it), so I can live with it with no issues. Other than that, this chair seems to be perfect to me. It’s so heavy that’s twice heavier than any other gaming chairs I have ever had. The highlight is lumbar support as shown in the picture. It really extends out to my waist position and it is very firm. Also, of my favorite part about this chair is the assembly process - it really tries to make everything simple with hardware to the correct mount position (instead of throwing everything in a bag) - so ZERO instructions needed to match the screw size and length. I got the Pro model and wow this thing is something else. Firstly it looks so sleek and the cooling and heated seating is way cool I've never seen something like this on any chair aside from a car. Works very well too like turn on the heating for a few minutes and it gets hot. I also really enjoy the lumbar for sitting for long periods because it's automatic lumbar with additional adjustments which feels so nice on my back. Super easy to assemble and super sturdy the armrests are reinforced with metal brackets you can't see so I'm betting this thing is going to be very durable but so far so good! Read more

Let me start by saying it was easier to assemble than expected. It took about an hour, but the instructions were easy to follow. It's well-built and uses durable components. The air-conditioned and heated seat is a great feature. Unfortunately, the cord is awfully short, so an extension cord is necessary which restricts the ability to roll. The many ways the chair can be adjusted are great - the armrest alone adjusts in 6 ways. The footrest is easy to use and comfortable. It reclines to your perfect position. The overall height is shorter, and the seat is wider than my previous chair. The color is great too. Only drawback is the short power cord. Otherwise, it's an overall winner. Read more
