These shoes grip quality is normal just like normal rubber sole. Very comfortable and ok cushioning it has x cushion which is hard when we touch it after Removing insole but while playing I think it provides best support for ancle but if it still gives you a hard feel so you can add 1 or 2 more insoles then it gives best cushioning .
