I love the board and all the different things you can do with it. I don't use the bands, but I guess it is an extra workout I could do, but bands aren't really my things. I plan on cutting some foam and putting them on the grips as I have had a pretty big surgery in one of my wrists and from time to time it is painful. This is a great little "machine" to own. Curl with the bar, ab roller, push ups and many other things. However I was a little disappointed with a few things. First off the complete and blatant lie of store everything on the bottom. Not a single thing is big enough to stay in place. It just moves around and if you were to attempt to flip it over everything will fall out. So it comes with a bag for your storage of all the parts. The main reason I bought this was for small storage. Turns out that isn't going to happen. Now the bag isn't big but it isn't as described either. Some would call that false advertisement. Especially since it says it on the box even. Now it is great regardless of all that, but as you can see in the photos. The grips are tiny and meant for someone smaller such as a woman. The entire time it grips and rips the meat off my hands. Again it's great, easy to use and serves it's purpose.
