Finally used this a few times playing golf and disc golf. Measurements seem accurate, like the slope feature. A magnet would be nice, but not a deal breaker. The case is high quality and seems weather resistant. Not sure if the higher end rangefinders have some sort of image stabilization or not. I have nothing to compare it with, but that would be my only knock. You really have to brace your arms to your body and remain steady to lock on to your target. After a handful of uses, you get used to it and figure out how to stabilize yourself. Focus is smooth. Really a great value and gets the job done for a hack like me :) Read more

I'm playing golf on a weekends + couple of practices throughout the week where I might use rangefinder. For the first 1.5 years rangefinder was ok - everything seems working fine, however one day it just stopped working (it doesn't measure anything more than 10 yards) - may be because of high outside temperature (I live in UAE).
