The screen is ULTRA sharp; backlight is great but I don’t use it myself. Have started reading again ; I have a lot of books on Kindle app and iBooks for iPad / iPhone but barely ever actually read them. This is a great portable reader and a good weight as well : stable, long battery and with a micro sd slot too if 128gb isn’t enough storage — for most people that’s more than ample for books especially. Es un dispositivo maravilloso con más capacidades que un kindle normal. Siempre he tenido kindles desde la edición con teclado y son muy útiles. Sin embargo el boox palma, por su tamaño me ha permitido leer continuamente en lugares de tránsito como aeropuertos. La batería no dura como un kindle pero jamás me ha detenido de leer. Super lightweight and portable because it's the size of a smartphone. Great resolution and detail for reading when using regal or HD display settings, or fast refreshing for browsing or video. Display has a light that the brightness and color temp can be automatic or manual. Android OS allows for using your favorite apps, like Libby and Kindle (and I also use an app to control my home devices like my wifi lights). Device has a back camera, but one drop and the camera glass is already shattered on mine. I like having this little device with me to allow me to read with little distraction and save my phone battery. It's wonderful for reading outside in the sun! This is the best e-reader, it surpassed my expectations by a mile. It’s SO fast. The screen refreshes so quickly and you’re able to set different refresh rates for different apps. So you can have less ghosting for some apps and higher refresh rates for others. The size is perfect. It’s so light and easy to hold. Which makes it easier to read. Having the whole App Store available is great. I put a bunch of reading apps but also Spotify and Gmail and notion. Super useful. Read more
