But mapping system is the worst in all robot brands i tried... it will keep turning around for 15 minutes trying to find the path to go while no obstacles or anything in front, just straight forward.. very disappointing. and most of the time it will say failed to find the station or desired location after all the rounding and rounding. We’ve been using this robot vacuum and mop for over 10 days now, and we’re absolutely in love with it! Living in Saudi Arabia, dealing with dust settling on the floor right after vacuuming was a constant struggle—but this machine has been a game-changer. It vacuums and mops efficiently, meeting all my expectations. Of course, it’s not a replacement for manual cleaning, as it won’t reach behind doors or tight spaces, but I’m genuinely impressed with how well it cleans. After each run, the floors look shiny again. One of my favorite features is how it automatically empties its dustbin and washes its mop before moving on to the next room. At the end of the cleaning cycle, it also washes and dries its own mop, which is a great touch. The device can detect objects on the floor and avoid them—for example, if there are toys lying around, it won’t attempt to clean that area. The only minor downside is that the emptying station is a bit loud, but it only runs for about 10 seconds, so it’s not a big issue. This thing is the real deal. I've been putting off buying a robot vacuum for ages because I've always seen them as a gimmick (I didn't even realise they mopped too these days) but I took the plunge on a deal and I couldn't be happier. Our house is probably the nightmare scenario for a robot vacuum, it's an 1800s building with no square walls, different floor heights, ancient uneven flagstones, beams and posts in odd places and a dog. However this little miracle navigates it all, and does it remarkably well. It has a slight issue with one floor level change where the difference in height is about 25mm but it keeps trying, giving itself a run-up and always makes it in the end. What's even more remarkable is it doesn't let this get in the way of a complete clean, even when it's struggling with a step it still gets back on track and completes the full clean. Setup is super easy (although the instrctions could be a bit clearer) as it's easy to accidently set it off by itself before you get the app all set up. But once you hit 'Enter' on the app (odd choice of words) and start the first clean, the magic really starts. On it's first run you'd be forgiven for thinking it's a 'dumb' robot as it seems to move randomly, get stuck, bump into things, go over the same area twice, however this just it exploring your house and getting to know all the nooks and crannies. Leave it to do it's thing (remembering to open all the doors of where you want it to clean) and an hour or so later open the app... like magic there is a complete floor plan of your house - just like the estate agent would make! From there the cleaning becomes much smarter, now you can name the rooms, set different cleaning profiles for each room and set up schedules. Armed with the floor-plan, the cleaning route becomes much smarter as well, it hugs the edge, then makes neat tram-lines back and forth across the floor, making little detours to clean nooks and under furniture. It is also not afraid to dart into tight spaces, it fits between the legs of our dining room chairs with just millimeters to spare each side, but this doesn't stop it from sneaking through and managing to clean under the table too. It's a marvel to watch. It even pops back to it's base every now and then to clean it's little mops and fill up with cleaning solution and for these little trips it even increases it's speed, zooming back to base so as not to waste valuable cleaning time! Obstacle avoidance is also miraculous. It can tell the difference between a chair leg that is 'part of the furniture' vs a dog toy that shouldn't be there. So when encountering a chair leg it cleans right around it in a circle, hugging it close so as not to miss a millimeter of floor space. However when it encouters a dog toy or a par of shoes, it gives it a wide berth so be sure it doesn't get stuck or tangled and, if you want it to, it will send a picture of the obstacle to your phone so you know to go and pick it up - incredible. At this point, I cannot fault it. Simply wonderful. Oh and dog loves it, he just sits and watches, which cannot be said for the regular vacuum. Read more

Brilliant bit of kit. You can definitely see the wash marks on plain tiles, but on patterned tiles that's invisible. Another downside is that though it self-empties, it does so into a bag....more stuff to buy....I thought we were done with those. As a result, I pause it before it's due to empty, and manually empty it into the bin myself. This kind of defeats the purpose of being self emptying. Overall, we chose this one as it has its own little water tank on board, and I'm glad we did. I don't regret buying this and am happy to recommend. The minor inconvenience of emptying it is just me being reluctant to add to landfill. It's a choice. Otherwise- brilliant. Read more

This (Eufy X10 Pro Omni, in case they ever add more models to this same add) works great, with lots of automation (including schedules), cleaning options, and feedback on what it's doing, in a good app. With the rotating mops, it actually does mop, unlike many other robovacs that just drag a cloth around with no weight on the surface. The main competition for this is the Dreame and the RoboRock -- most other vacs from 2023/2024 are not competitive. I had a previous (high-end) RoboRock that failed very quickly. I didn't liking some of the design choices in the Dreame (you have to buy their own detergent, in their own bottles). So, I went for this one, and I'm happy with the choice... so far. The main problem with this one is that the base station uses consumable vacuum bags (I expected just washable filters in the base unit, similar to the robovacs themselves). In this, the X10 bags are very small (think large bag of crisps!), so needs replaced often, and they're expensive at around £2 each! The RoboRock's bag looks like it's about twice as big, for example, and Dreame's might be even bigger. No replacements (for any of this thing's consumables) are provided with the product, so you're quite immediately into buying expensive accessories. That said, there are compatible third-party bags available, so that helps with both cost and any concerns about future availability. It dries the mops, which is great (a huge problem with earlier robovacs was that they could mop, but the mops became smelly real fast), but it takes a long time to dry them (~3 hrs per mopping session), and it's a little noisy (mid-pitched small fans) whilst doing so. With it in the same room, it's sort of like someone using a hair dryer in the next room. So, a few gripes, but overall, this is worth every penny so far. If it runs for three to five years without breaking down (apart from consumables), it'll be a good deal. Read more

I’d done quite a lot of research on these devices before purchasing and managed to get one of these in the Prime Day Deal! The product is well packaged and is very easy to set up. It informs you to download the app and the product is very easy to connect. Once this is done, you can begin mapping the different floors (it saves up to 4) on the app. The mapping function is excellent and requires no input, it’s worth noting that it will struggle around tables and gets very confused by mirrors! However, apart from this the overall mapping and obstacle avoidance is excellent. It can also get confused by rugs and matts are the front or back door but generally I just move these before it begins its task. You can also schedule cleans, meaning you genuinely need to have no input to get the tasks done. Generally I set mine off when everyone leaves the house in a morning and then when everyone is in bed which is very useful. Generally I get the robot to hoover and mop simultaneously to save time, and it works very well. The suction power is excellent and there are 4 different strengths depending on how dirty the floor is. Amazingly, the product empties the dust collected and cleans the mop during the cleaning process automatically also, ensure no dirty streaks are left on the floor. The rotating brushes ensure it can reach into corners and get along the edge of walls well. The other thing to mention is the spare parts are very competitively priced and all easy to locate on amazon. Overall I’m very happy with the product and the price I paid, highly recommend. I HATE cleaning, but it's one of those jobs that needs to be done as i like a nice tidy house. I'm into my little gadgets that makes things easier so decided to give this a try as i've always wanted one, and i can honestly say it's one of the best purchases i've ever made. Hoover - Suction: The hoover feature, 9.9 times out of 10, is fantastic. There are times where it does miss little things, but i don't know if that's down to the texture of the item being picked up, or the hoover, but that being said, it's very rare. I've set the settings for my vinyl floors on normal speed, and carpets on max to really give it a clean. Mop: The mop feature is a great little addition to keep the vinyl floors shiny and new. I have put floor cleaner in the clean water section before, but have stopped as i don't want to damage the robot!. App: The App is easy to use with a good interface for people of all abilities to be able to navigate and setup. I've got schedules set up twice a day, once to clean my kitchen after lunch time, and the full downstairs in the evening so i've got a nice clean downstairs to come down too. Follow me feature: This feature is great, if you spill something and want to quickly clean up, you can tap the front of the robot and it will follow you. It also stops when you wave your leg infront of it and it goes back home (However this doesn't work for me!!) For context, I've moved from a Eufy 25C to a Honiture robot, and finally I've stepped up to the Eufy Pro 10 Omni. Unboxing is a great, and straightforward experience. Well packaged, using high quality materials, and easy to assemble. It took only a few mins to have it up and running. Filling the tank (and emptying the waste water tank) is so simple. They slide upwards, off the station, with no friction or fuss. Carry handles are robust, and there are solid clips to open/close the tanks. The overall quality of the machine is superb, and the robot appears to stay clean even after multiple uses - which suggests the suction power, the seals within the unit, and the overall design keeps it in great condition. It's size suggests how capable it is, and is in no way, too large. We had numerous places we could have positioned the base station. Charging isn't super quick, but that's expected given everything it does. Connectivity to the app and the router is always strong, and there's never any annoying hiccups with the software. Cleaning performance is excellent. For context, I'm a man living in a large rural bungalow with two cats, and four females with long hair. We have a mix of carpet and hard flooring, and it tackles everything very well. It keeps the mops very clean, and the self maintenance is a god send. The app needs a little time to get accustomed to, but works very well. I would recommend setting up 'scenarios' that are suitable for your property, and then scheduling the cleaning for the week. Example: we have it clean three times during the week, using a scenario where it's told to specifically use the vacuum (only) to clean all carpet areas, starting with the main rooms. (You need to tell it to effectively disregard mopping, as it will use it if it comes across any hard areas, which in turn prompts it to clean the mops in-between rooms). Once complete, it empties itself, charges, and then heads off to vacuum & mop all the hard surfaces. At the weekend we use a single 'Deep clean scenario' which uses more suction power, and uses more water to mop. Interaction with Alexa is simple, works well. There's NO current interface with Homeassistant, so if that's important you'll either need to look elsewhere or be patient (people are actively working on the integration). I got it during Prime day, so it was definitely value for money. There are some clear improvements between this and the X9, and I would recommend going for this - hands down.
