The TheraGun provides a very satisfying and robust massage. I used it on a strained and painful muscle that connects my glute to my hip. I thought this was going to be a bust until I tried it out on me and my spouse. It actually works very well as it works out kinks and relieves and relaxes your muscles. Good for sore and achy areas on your back, legs, hips. Multiple heads need to be experimented with to see which one works best for you and particular body part. I like the rechargeable battery feature, and it hold the charge for a long time. The gun shape handle can be held in different methods to reach your body part as needed.
