Ich hasse Hausarbeit und suche immer Wege, die zu erleichtern. Ich habe mir letztes Jahr diesen Staubsauger gekauft und ich liebe ihn. Ich hab mit der Rezension extra gewartet, aber auch nach einem Jahr, kann ich nur sagen: ein perfekter Staubsauger! Der Boden wird zuverlässig gereinigt und ich muss nicht mehr hinterherwischen. Selbst die Sockelleisten bekomme ich hiermit zuverlässig sauber und muss die nicht extra machen. Klar, lässt auch irgendwann mal die Saugkraft nach. Da muss man einfach den Auffangbehälter auseinander nehmen und die Filter richtig mit Wasser reinigen. Nach 10 Minuten Arbeit funktioniert er dann wieder perfekt. Auch Tierhaare bekommt man perfekt entfernt. Und wenn man den Staubsauger zum Handsauger umbaut, kommt man in alle noch so kleinen Ritzen damit. Read more

I had high hopes for the Dreame H12 Pro, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The first unit I received was damaged right out of the box, with a non-functional water pump. Hoping it was a one-time issue, I opted for a replacement. Unfortunately, the second unit was no better; the brush stopped working after just a few uses. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the quality and performance of this product. I would not recommend purchasing the Dreame H12 Pro. I purchased the Dreame H12 Pro vacuum cleaner and was excited to try it based on positive reviews. Unfortunately, the first package arrived opened and used, with no water coming through. I got a refund and ordered a second one, but again, the package seemed opened and the water still wouldn’t dispense. Despite filling the tank and following instructions, I kept getting a "Refill Clean Water Tank" message. I’m really disappointed with this product. Perhaps I was unlucky to receive two defective units, but I would love to get a working one. Read more
