I am mentioning the one negative upfront as it may be of important to those with sensory issues. The weight of the hood, when in the down position (off the head), is heavy enough to pull the neck material in across the neck. I feel tug all the time. I have to pull the material forward to not feel this tug/choke sensation. That being said, when the hood is on head, the weight of it makes it want to fall back/fall off. It is because there is extra material tucked up in there as part of the plushy design. Otherwise.. Absolutely charming. The overall construction and look is very good quality. Thought went into this. This as a cat plushy is amazing. Really good look and feel, and the little tail is adorable. As a plushy, it doesnt look like a its something just stuffed inside. It feels like a dense plushie-mallow. Open up zipper to access the wearable. It impresses me that the encasement sort of disappears into the hood, and that part can be zipped back up and is just flush with inside of hood. Really good detail with that. TAKE NOTE: THIS IS THIN. Good or bad depending on what you were anticipating. It is cozy, but I wouldnt say it is all out warm, but it is nice for inside lounging. It is simply a nice soft layer. Same material inside and out. Soft. Wrists bunch, but are loose. Bottom hem, same. A thumb hole would have been nice. Good size front hand warmer pouch. I took a chance on this as it did not say how wide or long it is. I am 5'10", long torso, #275. Size 18/20. I usually choose 1Xl to 2Xl. All depends on measurements provided. This provided none. However, I can say it fits around me just fine like a very relaxed fit sweatshirt. As for length? This does not cover my bum. Ends toward the bottom of bum while standing and pulled down, but definitely not on my bum when sitting. That's fine too, though would prefer it longer. All in all it is a good purchase for me. Not perfect. Had it had a better length on me, I would love it. Or if it had thumb holes. I did take a chance on it, but dang.. why not list the measurements across and length? My nephew is a dog lover. He has small dogs, big dogs, ceramic dogs, flush dogs any kind of dog you can think of he has it, but he didn’t have this when he opened it his eyes lit up. I was so happy that we were able to give him this present. Wears well , large enough with extra room, has a super cute closure for using as a pillow. I normally like to wash things that I purchase.
