I have to say I’m impressed by the solid design of this thermos. It has strong thermal properties and ice retention is amazing! I accidentally left the thermos in my hot car with ice and water in it and discovered it still cold with no ice melted. I also have dropped it multiple times hard onto concrete and there hasn’t been any structural damage to the bottom or even any paint chipping — meanwhile the one I replaced with this one had been mangled by similar drops and now can not sit upright without tumbling off. So that’s a win! The only issue I have is with the lid that can be difficult to spin off if you don’t have a good grip. I broke my wrist in two places a year and a half ago so it’s been a challenge to open the tumbler some days. But on the other hand it doesn’t leak so it’s not a deal breaker for me. My wife likes this tumbler due to it's vibrant color and it keeps her iced coffee cold for hours on end. Oddly, it says not to use hot liquids in it, yet the advertising materials state it can keep hot and cold liquids at temperature for hours. Weird, but it doesn't affect the tumblers ability to keep drinks cool. Highly recommended due to it's amazing price point and the awesome pink color. Read more
