These are awesome even for womens build. I’ve had many shorts and these the waistband is so comfortable and you don’t have to by an Xxxl. The stretch is perfect for kicks blocks and knees. I actually used these more for a normal workout because they perform so well for squats and box jumps. I’m 5’8” 183 built and a bit overweight from having kids but the rise one these are flattering and loose on the thighs and very comfortable on them waist.
