Repair of soft plugs:

Repair of hard plugs:
(1) The obstruction is light.
Solution: Add a little 95% organic solvent alcohol solution to a smooth metal container on the bottom. The alcohol should just cover the stainless steel side of the print head but do not let the place where it contacts the PCB board come into contact with alcohol. The soaking time is generally 2 hours to 4 days.
(2) the obstruction is heavier.
Solution: Use the plastic tube or needle part of a disposable infusion set to make the interface between the syringe and the ink supply port of the print head (the joint must be tight), After the interface is made, place the head of the print head in 95% organic solvent alcohol, and inhale the alcohol through the print head (note that it can only be inhaled) into the syringe needle for several times. Generally clogged printheads can be cleaned this way. when inhaling alcohol, the force should be uniform and consistent. The interface needs to be made by hand according to the actual situation, it needs the cooperation of professional maintenance technicians, and it can be repaired with a certain hands‑on ability.
