Date: 10/02/24 I tried the product and found the taste of glycerine to be overwhelming. I'm a bits skeptical of the extraction process as the glycerine presence is very strong. It's been only 3 days that I started taking this extract so I will reserve my comments on the efficacy of the mushroom extract till I consume the full bottle. Lion's Mane mushroom is believed to have good health benefits; let's hope this extract is able to deliver what it's promised. Started taking the Lion's mane mushroom after hearing about the benefits of it. It has lead to a very positive experience - there a certain sense of calm awareness and focus that I got from taking these. The dosage is something that i feel is slightly different for different people and you have to test and see what works for you.
