I was suffering with some anxiety attacks late at night which was preventing me from sleeping. I decided to try these Kalms. I was sceptical at first but was pleasantly surprised that it did take the edge off my anxiety. It certainly wont take it all away but worked enough to relax me and allow me to actually fall asleep.
