Did NOT come with instructions. So had to YouTube instructions. The stakes that are included, don’t hold well for the size of the tent. I purchased some heavier duty ones. Pleased with the size. 4 stars because I did not get an instructions manual and had to find a vague YouTube video on how to set it up. Once you get the hang of it, it’s pretty easy to set up and take down. I was able to set up by myself but works best with 2 or more people. It’s much bigger than I expected. Also online it looks pink but it’s actually brown like the description says. I was kind of disappointed by that (I really wanted a pink tent). Will update later on after it rains to see if it holds up. Read more

Setup was quick and easy despite the overly simplistic instructions. The front awning sits lower than expected; any average-sized person needs to duck to enter. Once inside there's plenty of room to stand (I'm 6'0"). Zippers are the weak point... low-end and finicky. EDIT: Waterproofing could use some work. The rainfly worked well in a storm and the anchors held tight. Main moisture issues came from overnight dew on the sides of the tent. Read more

The tent was easy to set up, totally.missed that the center divider is not optional. That means this 10 person tent kinda fits 4 cots, if they are up against the walls. The support bar on the end CAPTURED rain and had to be drained by lifting it higher even with the straps pulled tightly after rain. I just really hate that divider and would prefer one big room with an optional screen that could he installed. Read more

It is durable however there are three issues I have with this. It says 3 doors making you think there's a door to each room however that's not the case. There are 3 doors in ONE room.... You have to walk through one to get to the other one. And as you may notice the rain flaps for the zippers just blow back in the wind and I'm no genius but I'm sure the wind always blows when it rains.also there's plastic fasteners for the rain guard and with a little wind those could easily snap out or break.
