Excellent coffee machine, I've switched from DeLonghi coffee machine to this for ease considering my previous machine made only espresso and had a separate decent frother. Beko surely made making excellent coffee easier with just a touch of a screen with excellent froth. You may read a few reviews complaining about the coffee not being hot which got me worried when I placed the order. The coffee temperature is perfect, you're not supposed to be drinking boiling coffee anyway. This is a quality product, feels and looks premium. Go for it!! Read more

Replaced my old Beko with this - so knew the quality would be good - works well and the coffee is much the same. The fiddly part comes in setting the quantities of water / milk. However once you get it it is fairly simple and then the machine goes from good to great. The milk attachment is easy to store in a fridge and takes enough milk for a few coffee's (should this be your style). The top is a a 'warm' plate as well so you can keep one coffee warm whilst waiting on the other. I like to grind my own beans and like the fact I can choose which beans to use - rather than bean to cup. For the money this is a very good bit of kit with clear display and Beko reliability. I bought this machine for my wife,, and after getting the hang of it it was a disappointment as the water going through the coffee was look warm the milk was look warm although it made the perfect cappuccino it was like warm we tried everything but in the manual nothing about getting hotter coffee. My wife started to put it in the micro to bring it up to the proper heat but she got fed up doing this all the time we contacted Amazon and we sent it back. This machine I would have said was the best one my wife got but it lacked heat. So we ordered another different machine from Amazon and she seems very happy with this one as it gives you a really nice HOT CUP OF CAPPUCCINO. BUT WATCH THIS SPACE. Read more

Bought this to upgrade on a Dulche Gusta pod machine and glad i did. It is not quite as easy and low maintenance as the pod machine but boy oh boy the coffee is a different level. Fill you fav ground coffee into the handle thingy, press it down with the supplied tool, connect it into the machine, fill the milk tank and select your fav cup of coffee. Superb. Some have said the machine does not fill the cup enough but have obviously mot read the instructions. If you leave the machine to it it will gibe you a small coffee but if you want a larger coffee just hold the touch screen flashing logo and the machine will carry on filling your cup up to the desired level. Some have said it could be a tad hotter and that is maybe true but some saying the coffee is cold must be slightly doolally! Cleaning is quick n easy, around 2 mins. Overall for £149 this machine is excellent and i am very please with it's performance, probably not as good as a more expensive machine but then it's not £400! Read more

Great little machine. But my main issue is that standard latte glasses (which I have a few of) are too tall to fit underneath, even if you take out the base to allow more room :( Not the end of the world as the Krispy Kreme latte cup i "acquired" does fit. The integrated milk frother is great, and saves loads on the washing up. The only real downside I've found, apart from the size of the unit is that I feel the latte function does not make it hot enough. Maybe if I heat up the cup a bit more prior, it may be hotter. But all in all, a great little unit! Taste of drinks are really good. 8/10 overall! Read more
