This is the third robot I've tried and so far the best. I've had it for 2 months now and it does an amazing job cleaning the floor. I use it on my tile and hardwood floor and it vacuums and mops amazingly. I think Dreame makes the best machines out there but has the absolute worst beyond terrible customer service, as many other reviews have mentioned. However, the app is great and very easy to learn how to use. I'm very happy with the efficiency of this machine. The noise level is as expected from a machine like this. The battery life seems average. Definitely a top of the line product and I feel like I'm getting my money's worth with every use. Very happy with it and recommend 100 percent.

Der Staubsauger hat zwar einen Wassertank, aber wohl nocht ausreichend Leistung, das Wasser in den Wischlappen zu pumpen, hab seit meinem Kauf, der mehr als 1 Jahr zurück liegt, immernoch die erste Tankfüllung (liegt bei etwa 95%) obwohl ich regelmäßig mit maximalen Durchfluss reinigen lasse.Weiterhin hat der Staubsauger massive Schwierigkeiten dunkle Oberflächen wie ein Ledersofa oder befüllte Schuhregale zu erkennen, er scheitert oft auch an Tischbeinen.Findet er sich mal kurz nicht zurecht, löscht er die Karte mit all ihren Bereichen, wie Sperrzonen oder markierten Teppichen.Ich habe mir mehr erwartet, dass er mir Arbeit abnimmt, aber man kann ihn aufgrund der oben angesprochenen Mängel nicht alleine Fahren lassen, weil man sich dann sicher sein kann, dass der Sauger beim Heimkehren wieder am Schuhregal sich festgefahren hat und die Karte gelöscht hat und sich sonst beim nächsten Versuch in den Hochflor-Teppich fressen möchte.

So much better than I expected. One con which I’ll lead with: it’s not great on thick carpet. But everything else about it is wonderful. Here’s a list:- It mapped 3 floors without a problem (tip: map before cleaning or it will take forever to map).- It doesn’t bump into things. Cleans right up to them but doesn’t touch them.- It notifies you of regular maintenance that’s needed.- It does a great job mopping. It’s not able to clean dried on dirt or anything that would require scrubbing, but it’s great for a routine cleaning.- It identifies carpet/rug vs tile/hardwood without a problem.- Great notifications if there is a problem such as getting wrapped in a cord.- Nice app on phone that’s easy to use

2024-05-26: i received today a second L20 in replacement of the one purchased back in october 2023 with damaged wheel. Am very happy as i need it now the most with the new born. I have exchanged multiple emails at the begining as i moved from US to Canada, but tge support team understood the situation and supported by sending a new one in 3 days. Very greatful for the support. I really recommand the L20 , and with customer service even we started on wrong foot, but it end up with great service.*****Initial comment:To be fair the robot is great, but now i found that the wheel is damaged, so i contacted after sales, and now for 5 $ wheel, we have been exchange email for a month and we still didn't get to a resolution.

Update:The customer service did finally reach out to me and refunded the restocking fee ($210) plus an extra $90 for the trouble. In light of them rectifying the situation I am upgrading my review from 1 star to 3. I am still really disappointed it didn't work out - the idea is great!Previous review: This worked great for 5 weeks. I told all my friends about it and was extremely happy with it. Then, 1 week past the return date, it stopped being able to dock and charge. I contacted their customer support and they were NO help, just told me clean sensors, etc. I talked to them for 4 days with no meaningful help at all. I looked up the problem online and it seems like it's a very common problem and that everyone ended up having to return it or get a replacement. In desperation I reached out to Amazon and they graciously allowed me to return it minus a $200 restocking fee. I had even purchased the 3 year extended warranty with it and it did not assist at all. I am very disappointed and I strongly advise against purchasing from Dreame.

I purposefully waited several months to write this review so that I could give an accurate description. I have been using this several times a week for approximately 3 months now. It was easy to set up and easy to use; the app was pretty easy to figure out and begin using as well. The machine itself is quiet while in use, it does increase in suction over the area rugs which is slightly louder, but not bothersome. We do hear when the machine goes to the base and empties/ cleans the mop pads, but again, not bothersome for us. We have dogs and cats in the house with the family, so along with the cleanup that we do, this machine makes a huge difference. I think it was definitely worth every penny, and I have already purchased a few of the replacement/ accessory parts (more cleaning solution, replacement mop pads, etc.) for when they’re needed. It has been simple to add clean water and empty the dirty water tank when needed, and we’ve all got the hang of checking the dust bin on the machine as well as the dust bag on the base, and making sure the sensors are cleaned regularly. I love that it identifies obstacles with >60% accuracy so that it doesn’t get anything tangled or worse, drag a mess around the house. Sometimes it misidentifies something, but I’d rather the machine avoid a possible catastrophe and be wrong about the obstacle than the alternative, where it accidentally sucks up a cats tail. I like the performance overall- it definitely is the second best thing to an actual person vacuuming and mopping.I would recommend this especially if you have a larger home as its functionality and performance make it a great tool to have around. It makes a big difference for us as we can’t always stick to a tight cleaning schedule. We at least have the peace of mind knowing that the floors are clean!

Llevo con este aspirador 9 meses,llevo usando estos aspiradores desde que nadie los usaba y además tengo otro aspirador (Xiaomi mop 2s) por lo que se perfectamente como funcionan , desde el primer día cuando va a empezar a limpiar que hace un posicionamiento dando vueltas este aspirador daba golpes con las cosas en este proceso como nunca otro aspirador ha realizado por ejemplo el 2s , durante la limpieza además se nota mas torpe y menos inteligente que otros ,y ya comparando del todo con el 2s se nota que es una maquina "low cost" muy poco peso y endeble, potencia de succión es verdad que tiene y mucha, la app que es la misma que Xiaomi por ser "del grupo" está capada de opciones con respecto al 2s ( no entiendo el motivo) el mayor problema ha sido que tras 4000 minutos de uso, 184 limpiezas a 4100m2 ha empezado el motor de aspiración a hacer ruido al comenzar a limpiar .. reclamación a Amazon y como siempre un 10.

With home with open floor plan - the sw map is terrible. Very finicky when trying to “define” rooms.The carpet setting for detection is subpar. Has issues with Ruggable area rugs vs carpeted rooms.The edge mopping does NOT work.Never gets under my kitchen cabinets or baseboards.Vacuum unit is quiet.Does subpar job of cleaning carpets.The lift mop mode didn’t raise the map pads high even so would just drag wet/dirty pads so switched to detach mode.

Aspira perfettamente e si muove molto bene. Il "lavaggio" ha un senso se si passa tutti i giorni in stanze prevalentemente pulite. Unico difetto la mappa. Si deteriora in un mese e va rifatta. Si può ovviare al problema attivando la funzione multi-piano e ciclando le mappe di tanto in tanto.

It's a fabulous device. Very very smart software. Quiet yet powerful. The camera and microphone feature is well- executed and gives a great view as the robot does its work. It has learned our house flawlessly and navigates around obstacles without trouble. More expensive than most other bots but worth it because the performance is so high. Also, the camera and microphone are excellent, especially when you need to send the robot into a room to tell your wife to get off the phone. ? 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

He comprado este producto desde hace un mes y estoy sorprendido de lo excelente que es, tenía versiones de otra marca como iRobot pero la diferencia esincreíble, un sistema bien pensado tiene todo para realmente quitarte el trabajo del día a día. Lo único que mejoraría es la interconexión con Alexa es decir que pueda no solo encender y/o apagar sino que también puedas controlar en detalle cómo lo hago con la aplicación propia.Del resto un 10 de 10.

I purchased this product a month ago and used it for a day. In that time, the vacuum performed well in cleaning, mapping, obstacle avoidance, etc. Mopping, however, was unavailable to me as there was a defect in the attachment of the mop pads that caused them to be dropped whenever the vacuum would start with the mop pads attached. I've seen this issue reported by other users.I contacted their support, received some troubleshooting steps, and attempted to resolve the issue. As this is likely some sort of problem that isn't user correctable (the pads are connected fine when not operating, I can turn the thing upside down and hold it by the pads), none of the troubleshooting steps resolved the issue. They informed me that they would have to process a replacement. Fine. I understand that complex products sometimes have issues.I boxed up the robot and returned them item, as instructed, the next day. After being delivered 3 days later to their warehouse I received no follow up information for multiple days. Through several requests for an update I was greeted only with "we'll follow up with you soon" replies by the same person who I can only assume is their lone US support agent. I requested escalation of the issue. Same response. There appears to be no communication, escalation, or much of anything process. After waiting until the last possible day that I am eligible for a return through Amazon I reached out to Amazon's support for a refund. They were able to do this for me, thankfully.I will for sure not be buying any of their products again, and would not recommend them to anyone else due to the complete lack of support and proper customer service. While this product may in fact be great, if the time comes where I need to use the warranty or have any service done by the manufacturer, I do not expect that to be available.

I will start with it does a fantastic Job. This model to me is still the best one even though the newer model came out; difference is it washes the mop pads in hot water when cleaning them dont think it uses hot water throughout your house when mopping it does not just to clean the pads..That's the only difference. This L20 model washes the pads just perfectly fine. Worth the money my floors are super clean. A another good indicator the floors are getting cleaner is the dirty water first few washes was dark in color after like 4 complete mopping the dirty water is getting more clear thus meaning the floors are not as dirty...if you continue to use it more times it will almost be clear water. This unit and program works. Buy super easy to set up. Has so many cool features.

OK, for the new folks looking into getting the dreametech Vacumm.The Crew: 4 Humans, 3 dogs, FL sand backyardsThe Good:Suction-It works great. I have mine vacuum 3 times a day.1. Midnight-it cleans/vacuums my living room, Kitchen, dinning area, entry way, and laundry room.2. 8:45 am- Entry way and kitchen3. 9:45 Hallway and bedroom.The bad:The reload/dump. I remember reading about it would be a few days to fill up the water and close to a month for it to dump the vacumm bag.I have to add/dump water every other day. (500sqft) and the vacuum? It doesn't empty into the bag... which sucks. I have to clean the vacuum trap in the vacuum itself every other day as well.The mop pads: The way they are made is they attach the pad to a velcro. The velcro comes OFF the pad holder as you are trying to change the pads.SOOO there is no way to "shut off the mop" like... if I don't want to mop and just vacuum, that doesn't exist. I think that's something they should allow and work on.I literally got this version because it was brand new... like I got it on the drop date... within a month, they came out with a new version. It's wild lolOverall, it provides some convenience but it it's supposed to do something as in dump the vacuum trash into the vacuum bag it should, but this one doesn't.
