FANTASTIC Massage Gun!! If you are in the market for a quality massage gun, then look no further because this one by Bob & Brad is AWESOME!!! My husband and I had a different one for about 5 years and it did the job, but it was very noisy and heavy. It had given out and stopped working so we searched Amazon and found this one by Bob & Brad. We really liked how it had so many attachments and that it came with cooling and heating attachments too. When we received it, we were surprised at how compact it is and lighter weight than our old one. I was questioning if it would have the same kind of power, but it sure does and then some!! AND it is so much quieter than our old one where we could actually hear the TV while we used it, unlike our old one. After about a month of use, for some reason it stopped charging. So I reached out to the customer service and I got a live person right away who was very friendly and professional and apologized for the issue we were having and stated it was not typical. But all they asked was for me to send some details about our unit and a quick video showing it woudn't charge. Once they received the email, they responded right away and quickly sent us a new massager. Every time I corresponded with the customer service representative over email, they were very responsive, helpful and extremely friendly!! Very pleasantly surprised at my interaction with them and wish that all companies operated that way! We received our new massager within a couple of days and have been using it daily since and are extremely pleased with it!!!
