Lovely looking monitor out the box. Replacing my15 year old ASUS 1920x1200 monitor which had a lovely screen before blocks of pixels started dying, the picture quality and brightness is on this is different level, watching YouTube videos in 4k in truely mesmerising, and has a lovely thin bezel around the sides and top of the screen. If i was to take any points away it would be: 1. The screen is a bit wobbly on the stand but then only if you physically prevoke it. 2.The bottom part of the bezel is a lot thicker than the top and sides 3.Sound from screen not very loud. The listing covers a number of monitor models; I purchased the 27" 1440p 75Hz panel. (I was also fortunate enough to get it on an early Black Friday deal). I upgraded from an old 22" 1680 x 1050 unit. I'm really pleased with it. The colours are far better than those on my laptop and seem a really good match when previewing photos sent for printing. The brightness will go up further than you need - even set at 40% I'm finding it easily bright enough in a well-lit room. With the image filling out to within a centimetre of the top and sides, it looks really smart. I can't really comment on the refresh rate; I've not used ultra-high refresh rate panels and am probably not the most discerning in that respect. The image is sharp and detailed with no signs of dead pixels, ghosting, shadows or any other issues. For office work, the resolution and screen size is great for my productivity - I can fit two programs side by side on one screen, which is quite a bit more convenient than using two smaller screens.
