This was the greatest gift for my husband. He deals with pain in his lower back from lifting so much all the time, and this seemed to really help him A LOT, the settings, the adjustable size, how easy it is to use, he absolutely loves this and we both HIGHLY recommend this for anyone that has back issues, and really loves heat to help with the pain, and the vibration setting seem to really help loosen everything up as well. And this is very DURABLE, he even wears it to work sometimes! This is a dupe of a super expensive heated massage back support! I have had over a month, I did get another battery pack that lasts a bit longer but the one it comes with works great, just has to be charged often. Btw the power pack is just a pack that people use for charging their phones etc. I have sciatica and lumbar back problems so I literally live in this belt and it’s held up 24/7 use basically, some nights I sleep in it wake up turn the heat on (level 1 is fairly hot) occasionally level 2 but have to turn it down because it get WARM! The battery pack is just awful it doesn’t last long at all. Charging takes 6 hours and even on the lowest heat setting this doesn’t last more than a couple hours. The belt heat however is surprisingly good. Hot enough on the lowest setting that if it is on direct skin and you are leaning on it then much more would burn so that’s great heat. The vibration is quite nice but it is loud for public use. But overall with another battery pack this does give good heat and vibration. For the price I’m pretty annoyed with the cheap rubbish battery pack. Read more

My likes: - it works really well, even through a leather belt - it gets hot, I know everyone’s threshold of heat is different, but I believe the advertised high heat is accurate. - You can sit against this pad, which helps apply even more heat to your affected area. In my case, my lower back. Generally I have to reduce heat to medium or low with pressure while sitting on my couch or chair.. -It is super easy to put on and take off -I’m 43 inches around the middle at the belly button. I do not need the extender there’s 4 to 5 inches left with the main belt. The extender looks super easy to use as well.. - I don’t use the massager very much, but I can see where it can help stimulate blood flow to therapeutically help the affected area faster. - i’ve been suffering from lower back, muscle spasms on both sides of my spine about belt height due to degenerative disc and sciatic nerve pain. The heat from this belt eliminates those muscle spasms and soothes the area wonderfully. - The portability of this belt is awesome. It fits great inside my work backpack. I wear it at work, I wear it at home, I wear it shopping or a long walk, I wear it golfing. I wear it while driving. I’m buying 2 more to have as a spare, and leave one at work . I wished I would’ve bought something like this a long time ago. - I like the automatic shut off. The 15 to 20 minute heat therapy is about right for me and I don’t have to worry about accidentally leaving it on. - it heats up within 3 minutes. If that seems like a long time, it’s not.. - Service is awesome. I had an initial question about battery charging/function and I received a response within 10 minutes. My follow up questions were answered very quick as well. What are my dislikes? None! Buy it! Really glad I did, and I’m buying 2 more. OK, maybe one small nit pick . But it really has nothing to do with quality of the product per se. I wish the battery was 10,000 mah or larger.
