It doesn’t hurt your shoulder when you use it. You can pack two drinks (I usually go tea and water), and it fits most standard laptops. Good for winter, as it has a water resistant texture. I can fit my laptop, a notebook, my headphones (not AirPods like actual headphones), my glasses case, my laptop charger, my phone charger, my pencil case, and my lanyard (which has a lot on it), all in the main compartment. You can also fit a fair amount in the front two pockets (Mine have feminine hygiene products and sticky notes). And the back pocket is a good size too.
