Worst Product Delivery @UAE They have very worst delivery team. Ordered a Sony Speaker. Product was with the delivery boy but not delivered. He just rang my cell for 2 sec and disconnected. I tried calling back immediately but got no response. I was continuously calling for 15 minutes even with few different numbers as the delivery was very important for me as per the schedule. The strange part is he updated the shipment status as ‘Delivery attempt failed as i was not available’ I raised a complained in Amazon at the same time.. after waiting for a whole day with many follow up calls I realized that they have no control over their delivery partners and they can’t solve the problem. After receiving many fake promises, I cancelled my order as my mental health was more important and I found a way to order through other company and it got delivered to me on the same day Think before you order, go with them only if you are ok to deliver your products when their delivery person has a mood to deliver. The speaker is portable enough to carry around, with a strap attached to it, which you may choose to remove, but it would take some maneuvering to do so. The sound quality is great for me personally, like I can hear the "roundness" of the audio that I play into the speaker. It has the capacity to be used for calls as a speaker, although it might be a little quiet, if you're in a loud environment, but works well if you're in an area with less noise. Read more
