The bra is very soft and the fabric has good stretch. The detail on the back is really pretty. These pics are right after a hot yoga class. I typically wear a small but I decided to get extra small. If you’re not busty and have a rather small rib cage maybe go with xs. If you’re busty and usually take a small, stick with that. You can see the bottom band is a bit tight and causing a fold to happen (I’m 45 with two kids so there’s that too) but if I got a small, the chest area would be loose and I wouldn’t feel secure up top. I will get more colors! I hope they can expand the colors. EDIT*** The knot on the back can be uncomfortable if you’re lying on your back during yoga. That is something to consider. Read more

I liked the bra for exercise. I used it in a Pure Barre class, and it was good support. However, when we went on our backs for a part of ab work, the knot in the back was uncomfortable. It is not a bra for running or pickle ball, but they do say it is only medium support. The color and material are fine. It is just that knot. Read more

Love this sports bra! I’m a 36B athletic build. I often have to order a size large in sports bras. I ordered a medium in this one, and it fits perfectly. It is so soft! Does not dig into me anywhere. The band and under the arms are so soft and comfortable. Plenty of support for me, I think it will be fine even for running. And the back is just adorable.
