I have been using this knee massager on and off for about the past month. For background, I am very active in the gym with about an hour and a half to two hours of workout time on a daily basis. I also have MCL injuries on both of my knees from several years ago which occasionally give my knees some pain or discomfort. This knee wrap has a very clear and nicely sized display/control that lets you choose your heat and massage levels. It beeps each selection you make, but it also has a button to mute it which I like. It also comes with a longer strap which you can use for massaging your shoulders per the instructions. Note, I have not tried the shoulder massage on it yet. What I like about this knee wrap is the heat function. There are several heat levels that you can adjust to your preference- I prefer the warmest setting as it does not ever really get "hot", but it does feel good especially right after a leg workout. It warms up in the center area where your knee bends and it has an insulating material on the rest of the wrap to keep in the rest of your body heat. I liked that it kept the heat centralized to the knee area. What I did not find all that great was the actual massage function. I tried each mode, they differ in the vibration intensity and pattern, but for each one it felt kind of like my phone was buzzing off against my knee. I wore it for some longer periods where I thought it might relax my muscles some more but I found that it did not help quite like I expected. Perhaps if it vibrated in other areas as well then I would use it more. I have a massage gun as well and I would prefer to use the gun over the wrap for my own purposes. I like deep muscle massages for long leg days and this wrap seems to mostly just vibrate the surface level muscle. Once in a while, I sprained my knee at the gym. I usually ice it and put a heating pad on point this is just all in one and so much more convenient. It is very soft and adjustable to fit. Basically any size knee. The holes pretty long I just need to find some type of storage idea for all my chargers now lol. Definitely a recommend for anybody who would need some thing for their knee!
