Comprata nel 2021, ad oggi non ha creato alcun problema, la qualità è rimasta quella di un prodotto appena comprato sempre, però, con le dovute accortezze. Il Design è elegante e moderno, con linee pulite che si adattano bene a qualsiasi ambiente domestico. Solida e con tanta attenzione ai dettagli, con un display touch screen intuitivo e facile da usare, consentendo un controllo preciso e personalizzato delle impostazioni del caffè. Grazie al sistema di macinatura integrato e alla tecnologia di infusione, è possibile ottenere un caffè fresco e aromatico ogni volta. Si può regolare l'intensità del caffè, la macinatura e la temperatura. Per la temperatura consiglio di tenere la macchinetta sempre accesa. Possibilità dal menù di settare accensione e spegnimento automatico quindi, magari, si può settare l'accensione 1 ora prima della sveglia in modo da essere a temperatura perfetta per la colazione.. oltre al fatto che ha un pannello superiore "poggia tazze/tazzine" che si riscalda e le fa essere tiepide nel momento dell'uso. Un "ROBOT" versatile, avendo anche la caraffa latte automatica (con Crema System per una schiuma cremosa e consistente ogni volta) permette di preparare: Caffè lungo, espresso, cappuccino (Eccezionale!), latte caldo normale.. purtroppo manca il caffè macchiato "automatico", ma lo si fa manuale in maniera estremamente semplice. Togliendo poi la caraffa latte ha un rubinetto per l'acqua calda utilissimo per ogni tipo di tisana. Questa De'Longhi consuma TANTA acqua, potrebbe sembrare un contro ma in realtà fa parte della sua automatica manutenzione nel pulire i rubinetti da cui esce il caffè/latte ogni volta che viene accesa o spenta. Per la parte di manutenzione manuale richiede un filtro acqua nuovo (acquistabile sempre su Amazon) ogni due mesi circa e richiede la decalcificazione (con il liquido decalc sempre comprato su Amazon) ogni mese circa (usandola 3 volte al giorno). In definitiva è una macchina da caffè superba che offre un'eccellente combinazione di design, qualità del caffè, versatilità e facilità d'uso. Nous avons cette machine depuis 2 semaines et en sommes enchantés. Elle a remplacé une Philips 2221/40 qui est tombée en panne après 4 ans (fuite au niveau de l'élément de chauffage) et il n'y a pas photo: la différence de prix est parfaitement justifiée. Le café a un goût beaucoup plus prononcé, comme par ex le lungo pour lequel la Delonghi prépare une deuxième mouture à mi-tasse là où la Philips mettait le double d'eau sur une seule mouture. L'entretien est aussi beaucoup plus facile : le bac récepteur a eau se nettoye en clin œil là où la Phillips nécessitait beaucoup plus de temps à cause de tous recoins dus à la forme du réceptacle, le mécanisme de préparation est aussi beaucoup plus facile à nettoyer et à extraire de la machine. Le réservoir d'eau est également fermé par un couvercle ce qui évite que de petits insectes ne puissent s'y retrouver par inadvertance (déjà arrivé avec la Phillips). Bref la machine semble très bien conçue, à voir maintenant sur la durée pour la longévité de l'appareil. En résumé un super achat qu'on ne regrette pas et qu'on conseille vivement. Read more

Have the second machine, it does not frott any milk, impossible to make a cappuccino or so. Even when cleaning the milk carafe as described it does not work, it simple does not take the milk from the carafe. Safe your time and energy as is creates the biggest frustration when you try to make a coffee in the morning. Read more

I have coffee machine for a month now, all works great. I'm little bit confused with coffee options for coffee late or cappuccino, to me both options give same coffee, no really differences, but coffee is great. Also this cappuccino maker, you can keep milk inside and store in in fridge, but I'm afraid that every day maybe 10 times to connect it and disconnect, with time this could be damaged. Great extraction of coffee giving great taste. Frothing is as good as a batista in many coffee shops. Huge variety of hot and cold drinks. while i am fully into espresso but as the name of the machine said, Explore. I tried cold coffee for a first time and it turned to be great specially cold brewed cappuccino.
