Introduction:
We use the JMS578 controller chip that implements 3.0 to achieve a maximum data transfer rate of 6 gigabytes per second. It can be installed without any tools, and the hard drive and solid state drive can be quickly installed and removed. The housing is made of ABS engineering plastic to ensure higher impact resistance, strength and rigidity. We use plug and play technology that supports for Win XP, for Win Vista, for Win 7, for Win 8, for OS 9.1 and for OS 10.2

So this is a chassis, or holder for internal 2.5" laptop HDD; I was not sure until I got it and pluged it in, maybe because it says 6TB 👀; long story short, it has a sliding back and you can just take that off, put the HDD slide it in, and tada, you 're on copy speed reached average of 75mbps and hit 101mbps; this is USB3.0 for sure... i love that it's super easy to use, and you can switch HDDs if you have a bunch of old ones lying around. I tried copying it works and the files do not get corrupted in the process which is a WIN... also I am running Windows 10 22H2 it works well. highly recommended product. Read more
