The major points I found in regards to this pad are as follows: - Thickness is acceptable and on par with Termarest and other common Pads - Thin enough to fit inside quality mummy sleeping bags (albeit a bit tight squeeze) - Material is strong enough not to tear or be punctured easily - The cells are small yet durable so there is a good general "spring" to it - Very light and folds very well - The size is the smallest you want a pad to be. So it's not large and leaves a minute space to sprawl . Unfortunately I was unable to test it in the cold weather outdoors this time around so i unable to speak on its true thermal ability, but from resting on it inside a house for some time I can generally understand and feel that this pad has both the potential to keep a person warm and comfortable. Having used several sleeping pads over the years this pad also gives the impression that it can last the time without diminishing its quality (thickness ?). The product was advertised to be place inside a sleeping bag which i am not use to and find strange but when put into the mummy sleeping bag it felt very tight yet secure and comfy. The packaging and product bag was also done very well and i was surprised at the colorful detail put into it so that is also to note to some. I have experimented with how the pad would feel under rocks or hard ground by putting rock like shapes under the pad and noticed that it absorbed them well although not perfect but that is to be expected with foam pads. Overall I believe this product to be of good quality, fair price and is suited for many different types of camping adventures. Read more

Just as good as the competition, but half the price. This closed cell sleeping mat is everything I was looking for. With good R value and decent cushioning, it's money well spent. I have taken this on many expeditions these past few months and it has stood up beautiful against wear and abrasion.
