I initially chose this model primarily for its design. It’s not something you’d hide away under a shelf—it’s modern and stylish enough to be displayed prominently and catch attention. It does amazing job at mopping. Sometimes we spill something colorful in the kitchen and it is noticeable how the robot cleans. However, here is the minus - not good with corners. Spilled flour at the corner and there’s like 4*4 part in the corner that robot couldn’t reach (apparently it’ll apply to all other corners). The robot is not low enough to get under the usual bed (which can be resolved by buying bed risers). It does make slight mess on it’s debris shelf while emptying the dust/water, however, that does not require any immediate cleaning. Read more

it’s truly an amazing product, while initially I received a used and damaged product. Amazon ensured that I’m compensated and satisfied. The Eufy S1 Pro cleans super well. In the middle of a sand storm that left my place like a dune, and after one single run the place is spotless, literally. I even wiped down with a wet paper towel to check the remaining dust and the floors are squeaky clean. And the vacuuming power is very very good. My carpets are tough to deal with even with a normal vacuum. But the Eufy picked up the smallest pieces. I was truly impressed. Read more

Unfortunately I had to send the Eufy S1 Pro back. The robot itself does an exceptional job at mopping floors however the base station had a defect which prevented the dirty water to be sucked up into the dirty water reservoir. It took a few days for Anker support to respond to my issue. Sadly it would have likely taken longer to fix than the Amazon return period allowed. If had worked as expected it would have been 5 stars. It did a much better job than the X9 or X10 which we have too. Frustrating to have to return it. Read more

The unit that I purchased keeps leaving small puddles. It’s been back to Customer Services was fixed and within a day of coming back started leaving puddles again. Just wanted to add that since then, Anker Support have been pretty amazing. They were very pro active, reached out regularly and even tho I didn’t keep the S1 Pro I opted to go with the tried and tested X10 instead. Can’t fault their customer service. Just a shame it didn’t work out with the S1 for me. But still love the Eufy brand. Read more

(Update) all my Eufy s1 or s1 pros failed for different reasons, this is not a reliable product, they have a major durability issues with the way the mop works and the docking station working. This seems to be a first generation product with wrong design and sadly seems they insist on this faulty design in the upcoming s2. They should learn from dreame aqua or narwel flow or mova in they way the mop works and cleansed and how dirty water is handled and stored. I dont to mention that you literally have no warranty or support as it is a waste of time. Dont buy unless you will use this robot once a week for very light cleaning and buy something reliable like dreame or roborock Below the original feedback on more than 6 eufya s1 and s1 Pro at the time of purchase and first couple of weeks of use: This is the best Mop Vacuum i used, i have more than 9 Robot vacuum with different shapes and forms, and as we have a lot of pets and some have accidents, this is the only vacuum that can totally remove the wet mess without scattering the mess everywhere, it is not perfect though, lack of edge cleaning and camera video view like other flagships and weak suction power relative to other vacuums which reach 22,000 pa suction now. I found the perfect combo for this robot, that we use two other vacuums with it to vacuum properly and mop before the Eufy do the final mopping and by this we ensure floor is shining and smell free. To summarize, this is the perfect vacuum for people looking to Mop hard floors but if this is not your complaint and looking for best Vacuum mop combo, there is cheaper options, but we are happy with Eufy S1 Pro and looking forward to see what eufy will bring in S2 Pro Read more

This is our second robot vacuum. The first was a Ecovacs Deebot Omni (4x the price, which I returned), and this is far better value for money. I think that as appliances go, these are pretty throwaway, unfortunately (which is why the £850 Deebot had to go back - I can't spend that money on something unless it is going to last, which it wasn't. Both machines do a good but fairly superficial clean, which works pretty well if run regularly, but, for instance, there will be the occasional bit that won't get picked up, and not perfect at running right to the edges. Unusually the Eufy has only one brush, which means it sometimes knocks bigger debris out of its path -I think the two-brush design is more effective. The Eufy is better than the Deebot at getting over slightly high door thresholds, but not great -some it manages after about 10 attempts only, and one of them not at all. The biggest drawback of both machines is that the software is not very good. This is a great argument for buying a cheaper model, because the manufacturers seem to give you the same terrible app whether you buy their cheapest model or the most expensive. The Eufy randomly forgets its map every so often, then when you restore, you have to set up the schedule again too. It does a pretty great job of mapping the rooms for itself, but you'd better pray it does a good job of your home, because it does a really terrible job of letting you make any manual adjustments afterwards. Final note, the person who designed the latches on the dustbin did a very bad job, it is really hard to get it to stay locked in when replacing after emptying. Read more

This is the first robot vacuum I've treated myself to and so I bought it on the basis of Amazon, and video, reviews. It seems that - on balance - people were highly impressed, with good reason, I've discovered. The suction works well and the small sweeping brush is a simple but effective way of moving debris into the suction path. The performance of the vacuum itself is very good and it doesn't miss spots. The only slight niggle I've got is that the system of returning to its base is only ideal for an open plan. In my situation, because the base is not situated in my living room, and because the living room door needs to be kept closed (cat), it would be ideal to move the vacuum into the living room and start it from there, in order to vacuum just that one room. In practice I've got around this problem by tricking the software app into thinking I've got multiple floors. I then have to unplug the base station and move it into the living room. Possibly there's a better way to do it - I don't know. Besides this small niggle I have no complaints and I'm loving just sitting back and watching it go to work. It is surprising how full the dust bin can get. I empty it after every use. The whole dustbin is easy to pull out to access, and so far the small robust filter looks as though it's not something that will need to be replaced frequently, although I did buy some for the future. I'm very happy with it - still excited every time it starts up - unlike Spell the cat, who's become very jaded now and hardly gives it the time of day. Read more

This is the most significant household purchase I've ever made. This thing cleans everything very well, including a ruggy rug, it doesn't really struggle anywhere. It's very powerful for it's size and at a great price. Glad this 5,000 Pa version was avaliable when I finally decided to get it; I've been considering getting 1 for years. My house has 2 floors, it takes around an hour to do each floor and the battery lasts long enough to do a single floor on "normal" power mode. I have a cat and I'd have to hoover every few days but now the house is always clean. I move it upstairs/downstairs, alternating the floor cleaned everyday. You need to place the robot in the exact same place and change the settings in the app everytime, so it knows which floor it's on, but it's nothing difficult. I'm also impressed with the corner cleaning; the brush makes it so that it gets right into any 90 degree corner and it cleans right up to the edge so it doesn't miss anything at all. It's also nice that it ramps up the power when it moves onto carpet, otherwise I'd have to set it to a higher power mode and it'd probably run out of battery before covering the entire floor. Now I just use a mini hand-held vacuum to do the small areas it can't reach; don't need to bring out Henry anymore, maybe once every few weeks. I just have this robot do a deep clean with it's turbo mode. Either way, it'll save me from hours of housework every week. Alexa also works with it, just for start and stop though; it would've been perfect if I could tell it which room to clean via voice but the app's still there. All that's left to see is its longevity, but all the bits seem easily serviceable, including the battery. Overall, 10/10 product. Best purchase in years. Read more

I've been wa ting a robot vacuum for a while but my husband didn't think it woukd be worth the money. Eventually decided to get one regardless and spent a long time researching which one to get. I knew I wanted an Eufy, which narrowed it down somewhat, but there were still so many different models! To help narrow the search down further I decided I wasn't bothered abiut having a hybrid one, as the reviews of the 'mop' feature weren't great. Instead, the key features for me were high suction and mapping capabilities, as there were a few places I didn't want it to go (under the sofa, places there are loose cables, etc). I came across the L60, which was cheaper than some of the other models but with the highest suction and mapping. I couldn't find any reviews, and realised this was because it was a relatively new model. Decided to risk it anyway, especially as it had £50 off, making it even cheaper. I've always found Amazon Customer Services great so thought if I experienced any issues I'd be covered. I'm so glad I took the risk, as my title says, it's one of the best things I've bought. Working full time with three young children with extra curricular clubs I find it hard to keep in top of the housework, including vacuuming/sweeping. Eugene, as our Robovac is affectionately known, has been a game changer. I can put him on whenever needed to keep on top of everything. For example, vacuuming the kitchen floor after breakfast whilst we get ready for work and school. It's also helped keep the house tidier generally, as the kids get warned before he wakes up to make sure all their toys are off the floor. Key positive features: - suction is great, I find it picks up really well both on carpet and hard floor. - charge lasts well. I'd say we have an average floor plan and he manages all of the downstairs in one go. - The rotating brushes work well at brushing in debris towards the vac, increasing the amount it picks up from outside of its own circumference. - navigation has been working well so far. The mapping means he is usually quite systematic in his cleaning, something non-mappings models are criticised for. He's only got stuck once or twice, and this was due to him becoming wedged between a step and a basket. - room cleaning: If I only need him to clean certain rooms you can select which one specifically via the app. You can also use this feature to select the order he cleans in (the order you select them in), which I find useful if I know I have some bits to tidy up in one room first, as he can still be making a start on the others. - zone cleaning: using the app you can also create specific zones for him to clean, useful if you need to do some spot cleaning. - no go zones: again using the app you can create no go zones, which I have used for areas where we have exposed cables, and for our fire hearth, for example. - Multifloor mapping allows you to have different maps for each floor in your house. - you can create routines with Alexa to use voice activation. - decent sized waste compartment, although I tend to empty everyday out of habit. Negatives: - not many to be honest! - The Alexa functionality could be better, it's quite limited to turning him on or off. It would be great if you could activate some of the above features via voice control (e.g. Room cleaning). However, I think this is an issue generally with Alexa and Eufy rather than specific to this model. - The robovac creates a map the first time it is used, which is not always accurate in identify where one room starts/ends. Within the app you can amend this by partioning and merging rooms. However, Ive found this function quite hit and miss, with it not allowing me to partion some parts of rooms it has correctly misidentified. Not a massive issue, but it does me when I ask it to clean the living room, I then need to create a zone clean, as it thinks the first part of our living room is our hallway and therefore misses this out in the room clean. I've had this robot vacuum for almost 2 months and I can honestly say I'm really impressed. It just works and does what you want it too. Set up was easy and the first time you set it to go, it maps out your home, which again was really impressive considering this model is considerably cheaper than some other brands. You can set a schedule for cleaning or send it out to clean at anytime using the app. Once done, it heads back home to it's docking station to charge. The app is easy to use with lots of settings to adjust to your liking. I live in a bungalow, so have set it to clean all rooms Monday to Friday whilst in work. The only rooms it can't do are the bathroom and conservatory (we always keep the bathroom door closed and the conservatory has a step leading up to it). We have a Dyson which we tend to only use on the weekend now. The cleaning capability is really good. We have two cats which to be fair, don't moult a huge amount, but with most animals there is a certain amount of hair they leave behind. It manages to collect hair, dust and any cat litter that has been tracked around very well. It's only got stuck once and that was my fault. I was rushing for work and left my phone charger cable on the floor. I received a message on my phone to say the robot was stuck and needed help. When I got home, I detangled it and sent it on its way again. It's actually made us keep clutter off the floor now which is an added bonus. It's easy to empty and keep clean too. This robot vacuum has been a great investment and although it's not been enough to warrant getting rid of the Dyson, it has helped reduce the amount of cleaning in the week and does a damn good job of maintaining a clean floor.
