My only criticism would be that it is rather thin; they advertise these as great for cosmetics, but is that what you would really want to put in something that says this? Sure, it holds a small pill box, spare cash (taxi home), earplugs, sleep mask, and a few other small things, but it is pretty common for migraine sufferers to need special glasses and head wraps or compresses, which this cannot hold.
